  • Is there any price difference when I purchase a mobile device without the mobile plan as compared to purchasing a redONE Postpaid device bundle plan?
    Yes, there is. When you only purchase a mobile device, you will have to pay normal retail market price. However, the redONE Postpaid device bundle plans are a subsidised device promotion from redONE with 12 months or 24 months contract. Hence, the device price is lower than normal retail market price.
  • How long is the warranty period of the mobile devices?
    Please check with the redONE Authorised Partner that you purchased the mobile device from on the warranty period as it differs depending on the model and make of the mobile device.
  • If my mobile device is faulty, where can I go to repair it?
    For any after sales enquiries, customers must refer back to the manufacturer and visit the respective mobile device brand’s authorised Support/Service Centre.
  • In order to own a new mobile device from redONE, you can either sign up for a redONE Postpaid device bundle plan or purchase the mobile device only.
  • There is no limit to purchasing only the mobile devices. However, if you sign up for any redONE Postpaid device bundle plan, you are allowed to register a maximum of 2 master accounts with 6 supplementary accounts under each master account.
