  • Who is eligible to sign up for this promotion?
    This promotion is open to all customers who would like to take up a new line with redONE or MNP port-in a number.
  • I am an existing RP8 customer with 3 months remaining on my contract. Can I take up this phone bundle promotion?
    No, you cannot.
  • Is there any device upfront payment required for this promotion?
    Yes, you will need to pay a device upfront payment of RM2,388 for a Huawei P10 Plus, RM1,888 for a Huawei P10 or RM988 for a Huawei P10 lite.
  • Is there any advance payment for the plan required for this promotion?
    Yes, you will need to pay 3 months’ commitment advance payment. However, the advance payment will be used to offset your following month’s bill from redONE.
  • Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this promotion?
    Yes, this promotion is subject to a contract period of 24 months.
  • Why do I need to sign a contract to enjoy this promotion?
    This is a subsidised device promotion from redONE and the contract is to ensure that you will remain as a redONE customer for a minimum period of time.
  • I signed up for the Huawei Device Bundle 48 plan. What happens when I exceed my monthly Data Bundle quota?
    Once you have exceeded your monthly allocated Data Bundle quota, the data connection will be throttled to a maximum of 64kbps, depending on your location and current network conditions.
  • Can I port-in my line from another operator to enjoy this offer?
    Yes, you can.
  • Can I port-in my line at redONE Premier Neighbourhood Centre?
    Yes, you can.
  • My MNP port-in request failed. How can I get back the advance payment and deposit paid?
    You will need to go back to the redONE Partner Shop which registered the port-in line for the refund.
  • After I take up this promotion, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
    Monthly data bundle is not available. However, you can purchase the one time Data Top Up to increase the data speed once you have fully utilised your plan’s monthly data quota.
  • What happens if I terminate my line within my contract period?
    You will need to pay a penalty as stated below:
    i. For Huawei Device Bundle 28: RM45 x remaining contract months
    ii. For Huawei Device Bundle 48: RM75 x remaining contract months

  • How long is the warranty period of the mobile devices?
    All devices come with the standard 1 year manufacturer warranty period.
  • If my Huawei phone is faulty, where can I go to repair it?
    For any after sales enquiries, customers must refer back to the manufacturer and visit an authorised Huawei Support Centre. For the nearest centre, please click here
  • This new Huawei Device Phone Bundle Promotion will start from 22 May 2017 to 31 December 2017.
  • This promotion is only applicable to all new consumer lines and MNP port-ins only.
  • Corporate and M2M are not eligible for this promotion.
  • The customer’s first bill will be prorated based on the customer’s allocated high speed data usage.
  • The FREE 200 minutes to all networks shall NOT be:
    • Resold, rented or utilised in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    • Used to set up switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    • Used for call centre and telemarketing
    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto-dialling and machine-to-machine communication
  • These plans are NOT eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.
  • In the event of early termination, the pre-termination penalty will be charged as specified in the Customer Agreement Form.
  • This offer’s terms and conditions shall be read in addition to the terms and conditions practiced by redONE (“Principal Terms & Conditions”) accepted by the Customer and shall be supplemental to the Principal Terms & Conditions.
