How To Pay

Paying your redONE bill is easy and convenient. You have the choice of paying via:

Online Payment

Paying your red ONE Network bill online by using Current/Saving accounts or credit Cards.


Login to Selfcare and follow the steps as shown below:


  1. Login by keying in your redONE Number and Password.
    (Note: Initial password is your Account Number. You can find it in your monthly bill or call to our Customer Care 1800 11 0800 for assistance.)
  2. After login, select ‘Bills’ and click ‘Download and Pay Bill’.
  3. To pay your bill, select ‘Pay Now’.
  4. Select your payment choice. (Choice 1: Current/Saving Account or Choice 2: Credit Card as listed below).
  5. Tick on the Terms of Conditions box, and click ‘Proceed’.
  6. Print out the statement/receipt after the payment is made.

Pay your bill at Neighbourhood and Payment Centres in 150 locations nationwide.

Online Banking Payment with JomPAY

Pay your redONE Bills via Internet or Mobile Banking with JomPAY


redONE bill payments are now available on your personal banking portals, look for your JomPAY Biller Code & Reference Number on your redONE bill and pay with your Current, Savings or Credit Card account.

Maybank2u & Maybank ATM

Pay your redONE bill with & Maybank ATM


redONE bill payments can be made through Maybank2u online banking portal or any of their ATMs nationwide. Enter your redONE Customer ID that can be found on your monthly bill.

Celcom Payment Kiosks

Payment at Celcom payment kiosk is available.

Petronas Stations

You can pay your bill at any one of over 800 Petronas Stations nationwide now.


Through our partnership with ePay, you will be able to pay your redONE Mobile bill at any one of over 800 Petronas stations nationwide. Just look out the ePay symbol at your nearest Petronas station and ask to pay for “redONE” bill.

Direct Debit

Apply Direct Debit payments from your preferred bank or credit card to enjoy further 2% on your bill.


For ultimate convenience and peace of mind, why not set up monthly Direct Debit payments from your preferred bank or credit card. Our Customer Care representatives will be glad to help you set this up. Simply dial 1909 from your redONE Mobile line, or 1800 11 0800 from any other network.

Mobile Money Merchants

Pay at over 1,500 shops nationwide that accept Mobile Money payments.


redONE Mobile users can also pay their bills via a wide network of Mobile Money retail merchants and terminals. Just keep an eye out for the Mobile Money symbol the next time you shop.
