In line with the corporate's philosophy of 'delivering what truly matters in the most practical way', redONE officially launched the new MyCARE50U postpaid plan on 25 November 2021. The event was graced by redONE CEO Farid Yunus, HLM Takaful CEO Mohd Asri Omar, redONE Chief Sales Officer Ben Teh and HLM Takaful Chief Sales Officer Yassir Azlin bin Abdul Ghafar.
Besides offering its day-to-day core services, redONE strives to provide a value-add to the subscribers by safeguarding them with extra protection in life. At an affordable cost of RM50 per month, MyCARE50U postpaid plan offers unlimited data at 3Mbps, 10GB of highspeed data and unlimited calls to all networks. On top of these, subscribers are also offered a Takaful package with a coverage of RM10,000 in the event of death or total and permanent disability. In addition, it also provides protection for partial permanent disability, accidental death, accidental total and permanent disability, accelerated critical illness and funeral expenses.

Upon registration, the Takaful protection will commence one month after the date of MyCare50U's activation. The minimum length of service contract of the plan is 12 months and each subscriber is only entitled to one Takaful package as the certificate is tagged to a subscriber's National Registration Identity Card (NRIC).
