When is the new redONE Prepaid pack available in the market?
The redONE Prepaid Ultra pack will be available from 27 February 2024.
Where can I get the redONE Prepaid pack?
You can purchase from any redONE Prepaid Dealer.
Who can sign up for the starter pack?
Any individual aged 12 and above can sign up for this starter pack.
What is the maximum number of starter packs that I can get?
You can get and register up to a maximum of 5 SIM cards.
When will I get the 1GB Activation Bonus?
You will receive the 1GB activation bonus after you are notified by an Activation SMS that your registration is successful.
When will I get the RM5?
You will receive the RM5 credit after you are notified by an Activation SMS that your registration is successful.
I have purchased the monthly 5GB Data Top Up. What will happen after I have finished using the 5GB 4G LTE monthly Data Top Up?
You will receive an SMS notification to inform you that you have used up your 5GB monthly data. Your data usage will be blocked. You can purchase a Mobile Internet add-on or one-off Data Top Up by dialing *108# or via 1App.
What can I do when I dial *108#?
You will be able to check your account validity, credit balance and purchase Mobile Internet add-on or one-off Data Top Up.
I have used up my FREE 1GB Activation Bonus data quota. Will I be charged for the subsequent data usage?
No. You will not be able to use any data once the 1GB Activation Bonus have been 100% utilized. You can reload and purchase any data add-ons or purchase Data Top Up to continue your streaming needs.
I have purchased the monthly 2GB Data Top Up. What will happen after I have finished using the 2GB 4G LTE monthly Data Top Up?
You will receive an SMS notification to inform you that you have used up your 2GB monthly data. Your subsequent data usage will be blocked. You can purchase any Mobile Internet add-on or purchase Data Top Up by dialing *108# or via Prepaid App.
What can I do when I log on to Prepaid App?
You will be able to see your credit balance, purchase Mobile Internet add-ons, Data Top Up and view your usage balance.
I have purchased the monthly 5GB Data Top Up. Can I use it when I am traveling overseas?
No. When you are traveling overseas, your data usage will be charged based on the respective country’s roaming rates. Learn more at https://prepaidapp.redone.com.my/app.

The NEW redONE Prepaid Plan is valid for sales from 27 February 2024.
The new Ultra pack price is RM5.
Existing customers are not allowed to switch to the new Ultra plan.
The RM5 and 1GB activation bonus will be credited within 10 minutes after the customers have successfully registered and received the Activation SMS.
The redONE Prepaid data and calls services are available for utilization throughout Malaysia during the stipulated validity period.
Unlimited voice calls among redONE Prepaid users is subject to our Fair Use Policy, which may be implemented if the user exceeds 1,000 minutes a month. The complete Fair Use Policy can be found on https://www.redonemobile.com.my/en/fair-use-policy/
