MyCare50

  1. What is this offer all about?
    This is an offer to attract high data and/or voice usage e-hailing drivers to join redONE with an exclusive PA insurance.
  2. How long is this offer?
    This is a permanent offer effective from 1 November 2022.
  3. Where can I sign up for this plan?
    You can sign up at any redONE Branch Office, redONE Premier Shop and VPS.
  4. Who is eligible to sign up for these plans?
    All registered e-hailing drivers.
    Age Limit: Eighteen (18) years old to seventy (70) years old, renewable up to seventy-five.
  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?
    • Please refer below table for the upfront payment charges:

    • The advance payment is waived for MNP Port-in numbers.

  6. I am blacklisted by other telco. I would like to sign up to MYCARE50 with a new redONE number. How much Advance Payment do I need to pay?
    You need to pay RM50 Advance Payment.
  7. What happens if I do not fully utilise my High-Speed Data allocation?
    Your balance quota for the month will be forfeited.
  8. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?
    No, this plan is not contracted. If you take up a premium number you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months.
  9. After I take up one of these plans, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
    You can buy the one-off Data Top Up by dialing *123# or log on to 1App to purchase additional data.
  10. Can I register for any supplementary lines?
    Yes, you can register up to 6 supplementary lines.
  11. I am an existing Amazing8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new MYCARE50 plan?
    No. This is an exclusive plan for e-hailing drivers.
  12. I purchased the redVIDEO 1 time Add-on, which data will be utilized first?

  13. What is the Zurich Takaful PA protection about?
    This product is a basic personal accident plan which provides cover for death, permanent disability and also compassionate cash due to accident.
  14. How long is the duration of the bundled Zurich PA insurance?
    The duration of cover is for one (1) year. You need to renew your takaful cover annually.

  16. How much premium do I have to pay?
    The premium is bundled to your MYCARE50 plan.
    All premiums (if applicable) will be subjected to relevant charges or taxes, as deemed necessary by the Malaysian tax authorities. It is important to keep any receipt that you receive as proof of payment of premiums.
  17. What are the major exclusions under this product?
    This product does not cover claims caused by the following events:
    • War, Civil War
    • Pre-existing condition
    • Suicide while sane or insane
    • Provoked Murder or Assault
    • Any kind of racing other than on foot
    • Radiation, Nuclear

  18. Can I cancel my certificate?
    The policy is bundled to your MYCARE50 plan. It is a benefit given to you until you terminate your MYCARE50 plan.
  19. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact/ personal details?
    It is important that you inform us of any change in your contact detail/life profile including nomination, occupation and personal pursuits which would affect your risk profile. You can write or email to us at the below address or email address.
  20. When is the insurance coverage activated?
    The insurance coverage is activated on the following month upon registration of MYCARE50 plan.
  21. Is there any hard copy acknowledgment of the insurance coverage?
    E Certification issue upon inception of coverage.
  22. My account is suspended, am I still eligible for the insurance coverage?
    Takaful coverage is inforce except if we do not received payment for 2 months or the cert lapsed.
  23. What is the process if I want to top up my insurance premium?
    Takaful top up is not allowed as the insurance is tied to the MYCARE50 plan.
  24. How do I make a claim?
    Customer need to contact Zurich for more information on the claim process.

  1. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.
  2. Monthly access fee for MYCARE50 plan is only applicable for the unlimited internet, bundled high-speed data, and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
  3. RM50 Advance Payment is required for new line registration. The Advance Payment is waived for MNP Port-in customers. The Advance Payment collected will be used to deduct against your first month’s bill and you will only be required to pay any balance due under your first month’s bill.
  4. The bundled data and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
  5. In the MYCARE50 plan’s first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

  6. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.
  7. Unlimited internet and calls are subject to our Fair Usage Policy (FUP) which may be implemented if you exceed 100 hours or calls or 100GB of data. 
  8. This plan is NOT eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.
  9. Change plan request to the new MYCARE50 plan is NOT allowed.
  10. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
  11. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the MYCARE50 Postpaid plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.
  12. Unlimited voice calls include:
    • All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
  13. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:
    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers

  14. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  15. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from MYCARE50 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is Amazing8 or RP8.
  16. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:
    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    • Used for call centre and telemarketing
    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialling and machine to machine communication

Smart68U

  1. What is this promotion all about?
    This promotion is giving a RM500 discount on selected smartphones for customers who sign up for the redONE Smart68U postpaid plan.

    This promotion is available from 10 May 2022 until further notice.
  3. Where is this promotion available?
    This promotion is available at all Senheng outlets.
  4. Does the Smart68U plan come with a contract?
    Yes. This plan comes with a 24-month contract period.
  5. Is there a cap to the unlimited calls in this plan?
    Unlimited voice calls to all networks (redCALL) is subject to our Fair Usage Policy (FUP) which may be implemented if you exceed 100 hours a month.
  6. Are there any registration fees and advance payment required?
    RM50 registration fee and RM300 advance payment (including service tax) are required for Smart68U postpaid plan.

Mukmin50

  • What is this offer about?
    This plan offers government staff and government-linked companies (GLC) staff to sign up for a redONE line. 

  • When is this plan available?
    This plan is available from 1 July 2020.
  • Where can I sign up for this plan?
    This plan is available with all redONE redCOOP partners and road shows.

  • Who are eligible for this offer?
    This plan is open only to all government staff and GLC staff.

  • Is there a registration fee and deposit for this promotion?
    Yes. A registration fee and deposit will be charged. 
  • Will I be bound to a contract if I sign up for this offer?
    Yes. There is a 12-month contract.

  • Are the unlimited calls in the Mukmin50+ inclusive of calls to fixed lines such as 03 numbers?
    Yes. The unlimited calls include all domestic calls to fixed lines in Malaysia. It does not include video calls, calls to special and toll-free (1-300) numbers.
  • Can I port-in my number from another telco to sign up for this offer?
    Yes. You can
  • After registering for this plan, can I switch to another plan?
    Yes. You can switch to another redONE postpaid plan.

  • After signing up for this plan, can I upgrade my monthly data bundle?
    No. You can purchase one-time Data Top Up by dialing *123# 
  • How will I get the 30GB of data from redVIDEO?
    You will be allocated 1GB per day at a speed of 6Mbps.
  • When is the effective date of the Khairat insurance?
    The effective date of the Khairat insurance starts on the 1st day of the month, 60 days after your line has been activated.
  1. The Mukmin50+ postpaid plan is for all government staff and government-linked companies (GLC) staff who are new and port-in customers only.
  2. The Mukmin50+ plan is available from 1 July 2020.
  3. Mukmin50+ can be registered with a premium number.  
  4. The monthly fees for the Mukmin50+ plan is for the usage of data and unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia where the redCALL, redSOCIAL and redVIDEO cannot be cancelled. Customers need only to pay for additional IDD call charges, roaming, and data top ups according to the monthly bills.
  5. With the advance payment, the customer’s first monthly bill is FREE.
  6. The monthly allocated data is for domestic use in Malaysia only. Roaming and IDD calls will incur charges at a Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
  7. When the highspeed data usage reaches 100%, the connectivity will be capped at 64Kbps speed. Customers can purchase additional highspeed data.
  8. If the customer wishes to switch their Mukmin50+ plan to another plan, the benefits of the Khairat insurance will be eliminated. 
  9. Registration made during/on the day of death occurred with the intention of claiming the donation money will be immediately disqualified from receiving the donation and benefits of the Khairat insurance.
  10. The Unlimited voice calls to all networks is subject to our Fair Use Policy, which may be implemented if you exceed 100 hours a month. The complete Fair Use Policy can be found at redONE.com.my
  11. This plan is not available during the 30-day cooling-off period. 
  12. If there is an early termination, an early termination penalty will be imposed as stated in the Customer Agreement Form.

redCALL Terms & Conditions

  1. The unlimited calls in the Mukmin50+ plan includes calls to:
    • All domestic calls to redONE Postpiad, redONE Prepaid, and mobile operators.
    • All domestic calls to fixed lines.
  2. Calls excluded from the unlimited voice calls include:
    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    • Calls to special and premium numbers
    • Video calls
    • IDD calls
  3. The unlimited calls to all networks shall NOT be:

MyKhairat Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration made during/on the day of death occurred with the intention of claiming the donation money will be immediately disqualified from receiving the donation.
  2. Change of personal information such as home address must be updated in the Portal at www.myangkasamukmin.com as reference.
  3. Member will be contacted by MyKhairat within thirty (30) working days through SMS and voice call before the membership expiry date.
  4. Member must inform his/her relative(s) of the MyKhairat MEMBERSHIP to facilitate the beneficiary(s) to contact and obtain MyKhairat service.
  5. Customer Service 011-10525907 operates 24 hours a day.
  6. Member or relative(s) of the member who wishes to make Khairat claim will have to show the Membership Card / a copy of Death Certificate.
