  13. What is the Zurich Takaful PA protection about?
    This product is a basic personal accident plan which provides cover for death, permanent disability and also compassionate cash due to accident.
  14. How long is the duration of the bundled Zurich PA insurance?
    The duration of cover is for one (1) year. You need to renew your takaful cover annually.

    The premium is bundle to your MYCARE50 plan. All premiums (if applicable) will be subjected to relevant charges or taxes, as deemed necessary by the Malaysian tax authorities. It is important to keep any receipt that you receive as proof of payment of premiums.
  18. What are the major exclusions under this product?
    This product does not cover claims caused by the following events:
    • War, Civil War
    • Pre-existing condition
    • Suicide while sane or insane
    • Provoked Murder or Assault
    • Any kind of racing other than on foot
    • Radiation, Nuclear
    • Note: This list is non-exhaustive. Please refer to the master certificate wording for full list of exclusions under this product.

  19. Can I cancel my certificate?
    The policy is bundled to your MYCARE50 plan. It is a benefit given to you until you terminate your MYCARE50 plan.
  20. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact/ personal details?
    It is important that you inform us of any change in your contact detail/life profile including nomination, occupation and personal pursuits which would affect your risk profile. You can write or email to us at the below address or email address.
  21. When is the insurance coverage activated?
    The insurance coverage activate on the following month upon registration of MYCARE50 plan.
  22. Is there any hard copy acknowledgment of the insurance coverage?
    E Certification issue upon inception of coverage.
  23. My account is suspended, am I still eligible for the insurance coverage?
    Takaful coverage is inforce except if we do not received payment for 2 months or the cert lapsed.
  24. What is the process if I want to top up my insurance premium?
    Takaful top up is not allowed as the insurance is tied to the MYCARE50 plan.
  25. How do I make a claim?

    Customer who works with the government sector and employees of GLC. Age limit: Eighteen (18) years old to sixty five (65) years old.
  3. How long is this offer?
    This plan is effective 15 March 2023 and it will be valid until further notice.
  4. What is the main condition of this program?
    The monthly bill payment for this plan must be via salary deduction (ANGKASA).
  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?
    Advance payment and registration fee for Mukmin68 plan will be waived. There will be no payment collected upon registration. If you require a higher credit limit, deposit is required if your tenure with redONE is less than 6 months.
  6. I am blacklisted by other telcos. I would like to sign up for this Mukmin68 plan with a new redONE number. How much advance payment do I need to pay?

Hong Leong MSIG Takaful

  1. What is this product about?
    This is comprehensive personal accident takaful which will ease financial burden in the event of death caused by an accident and natural causes.
  2. What are the Shariah concepts applicable?
  1. Tabarru’ – a certain portion of the Contribution that the Participant agrees to donate upon occurrence of events approved by Shariah Committee of the Operator, thus enabling him to fulfil his obligation of mutual help and joint guarantee should any of his fellow Participants suffer a defined loss where his donation is meant to help others and others’ donations are meant to help him.
  2. Iltizam bi Al-Tabarru’ – commitment to make Tabarru’.
  3. Wakalah – essentially an agent-principal relationship, where the Operator acts as an agent on behalf of the Participants to manage the PRF and PA on the Participants’ behalf and the Operator earns Wakalah Fee for the services rendered.
  4. Ju’alah – an agreement in which the Participant promises to reward the Operator for its achievement or good performance in managing the PRF that leads to surplus to the PRF.
  5. Can I cancel or terminate my certificate?
    The certificate is bundled to your Mukmin68, Mukmin168 and Mukmin268 plans. It is a benefit given to you until you terminate your Mukmin68, Mukmin168 or Mukmin268 plan.
  6. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact details?
    It is important that you inform master certificate holder of any change in your contact details to ensure that all correspondences reach you in a timely manner.
  7. What are some of the key terms and conditions that I should be aware of?
    The coverage is based on Free Cover Limit as per in Master Certificate subject to declaration and contribution payment by master certificate holder. The claim notification is subject to Sunset Clause as per master certificate wording. Note: This list is non-exhaustive. Please refer to the certificate contract for the terms and conditions under this certificate.
  8. When is the insurance coverage activated?
    Takaful protection will take effect immediately after signing up. However, for existing diseases, there will be 12 months of waiting period. Death due to natural causes will only be covered on month 13 onwards.
    Note: For existing disease, it will be based on the medical attendance report when customer wants to submit death claim.

  1. What are the major exclusions under this certificate?
    No Death benefit shall be payable if:
  1. Participant/person covered commit suicide within a year from commencement date regardless of his/her mental disposition during the commission of the suicide.
  2. Death due to Pre-Existing Condition unless at the time of the death, participant/person covered has been covered for more than twelve (12) months from effective date of coverage.
  3. Participant/person covered dies as result of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or other sexual transmitted disease (STD).

    Claim process within 30 working days from complete document received.

    3. The Plan comprises of the redONE RINGGIT MALAYSIA SIXTY EIGHT (RM68) mobile service (“the Service”) and the chosen smart mobile device (“the Device”).
    4. Monthly payment of the Plan will be the complete payment for both the Service and the Device.
    5. The Customer shall not be allowed to make the Service payment and the Device payment separately.
    6. The Customer hereby agree to allow a part of his / her salary to be deducted as payment for Mukmin168 or Mukmin268 package, which is to be paid to redONE. This deduction will be made to ANGKASA Service Bureau.
    7. The Customer declares that he / she understands all the instructions and rules set and draw by the Government and ANGKASA from time to time with regards to the deduction of his / her salary.

Device Terms and Conditions

  1. By accepting this plan, customer will enjoy one device instalment at the price as offered by redONE Network on our website and or sales material, which is exclusive of all applicable taxes (“Device Instalment”). For clarity, subject to your eligibility check on your salary deduction, you may purchase and sign up to two units with two master account.
  2. Device ownership – customer will gain ownership of the device after 24 months.
  3. Customer shall not:-
  1. Terminate device instalment plan within contract period.
  2. Port out to another service provider within contract period

  4. Change or transfer ownership within contract period.

Nothing in this SSTC shall be construed as transferring the title or ownership of the device to customer unless otherwise expressly stated. customer shall not directly or indirectly give or allow another person to give any interest in or lien over the device. Customer shall promptly, at own costs and expenses, take all such actions as may be necessary to duly discharge or eliminate any such liens over the device upon obtaining actual knowledge thereof.
  8. Warranty will be under manufacturer.

  10. The Plan is not valid with any other offers and/or incentives, which have or may have been offered by redONE under any other offers from time to time.

Jersey Fulfilment After 2 Bill Settlement

  1. Customers will receive a FREE SFC Jersey after full payment of the bill for 2 (two) consecutive months.
  2. The bill must be fully paid “including monthly commitment, ST, outstanding charges (if any) and any admin fee (if applicable)”.
  3. Failure to make a full payment within the first 3 months from the date of the 1st bill, will result in the jersey being forfeited.
  4. The Subscriber Account status must be “Active in Use”.
  5. If the subscriber does not fill up the form, the subscriber will be sent a total of 3 reminders with an interval of 3 days in between each reminder.
  6. If the subscriber does not fill up the form after the 3 reminders, an email will be sent to them after 2 days.
  7. If the customer does not fill up the redemption form after 15 days from the first pop up date, the jersey will be forfeited.

Jersey Fulfilment During Registration
