Where can I register for this promotion?
You may purchase the BeyondLite starter pack from any redONE Prepaid partner or sign up for the IFC50 plan at your nearest redONE branch or partner.
Who qualifies for this promotion?
All new redONE Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers including MNP port-in customers (excluding M2M customers) starting from 25 April 2022.
How am I entitled for the free IFC jersey?
There are 2 ways to be entitled for the free IFC jersey.
- First: Purchase the RM10 BeyondLite starter pack and reload RM90 credit (on the spot) to be eligible to receive the IFC Jersey.
- Second: Subscribe to redONE Postpaid IFC50, make advance payment of RM100 to be entitled for the IFC Jersey.
If I purchase the BeyondLite starter pack, when will I receive the RM30 free credit?
You will receive the RM30 credit when you receive the activation SMS informing you that your registration is successful. The RM30 credit will be given in denominations of RM5 over 6 months.
Is there any registration fees or deposit for this promotion?
Yes. New and port-in redONE Postpaid customers are required to pay RM10 registration fees.
Are there any advance payments required for this promotion?
New redONE Postpaid subscribers are required to pay RM100 advance payment while redONE Postpaid port-in (MNP) customers are required to pay RM50 advance payment.
Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this promotion?
The contract period for redONE Postpaid customers is 6 months for a normal number, and 24 months for special numbers.

redONE Prepaid subscribers need to reload RM90 (On the spot) after purchasing the starter pack to receive 1 (one) free Immigration FC jersey.
redONE Prepaid subscribers will receive free RM5 credit monthly for 6 months to maintain the SIM validity.
With the free RM5, redONE subscribers still need to reload monthly to maintain the SIM card validity period.
Subscribers who register for the redONE Postpaid plan will be entitled to receive 1 (one) free IFC Jersey.
New redONE Postpaid subscribers are required to pay RM100 advance payment and RM10 registration fees while port-in (MNP) subscribers are required to pay RM50 advance payment and RM10 registration fees.
All prices displayed for the redONE Postpaid plan excludes service tax with the exception of advance payment. The redONE Postpaid plan can only be registered by individual new and port-in (MNP) customers.
The monthly access fee is only for the bundled highspeed internet, unlimited internet @3Mbps and unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed lines, not for video calls or voice calls to special numbers.
The contract period for the redONE Postpaid plan is 6 months for normal numbers, and 24 months for special numbers.
Unlimited internet and calls usage for redONE Prepaid and Postpaid are subject to the Fair Usage Policy as stated in redONE.com.my
