This plan can only be registered with a monthly salary deduction (ANGKASA).
When is this plan available?
This plan is available from 17 January 2023.
Where can I register for this plan?
Customer can sign up this plan with our business partners, PS, VPS, redCOOp Group, PNC GOLD, redONE Branch.
Who are eligible to register for this plan?
This plan is valid for all government servants and GLC staff who are below 65 years.
Is there a registration fee and deposit for this promotion?
Yes, a registration fee of RM50 and advance payment of RM50 are applicable for this plan.
Will I be tied to a contract with this plan?
Yes, 36 months contract.
Does the unlimited calls in the Mukmin50 plan include calls to landlines such as 03 numbers?
Yes. The unlimited calls include domestic calls to landlines throughout Malaysia. It does not include video calls, calls to special numbers and toll-free (1-300) numbers.
Can I port-in my number from another telco operator to enjoy this offer?
Yes. This plan is for new customers and MNP port-in customers to register as Master and/or supplementary lines.
After I register for this promotion, can I change my plan?
Yes, You can change to another redONE postpaid plan.
After I register for this plan, can I upgrade my monthly data bundle?
No. You can purchase one-time Data Top Up by dialling *123# to purchase.
I am an Amazing8 users. Can I change my plan to the new Mukmin50A plan?
No. The Mukmin50 plan is specially for government servants and GLC staff only.
When is the Takaful protection activated?
The effective date of the insurance premium is on the 1st day of the second month after you have registered for the Mukmin50 plan (maximum 60 days).
How much is the Hong Leong MSIG Takaful protection?
Death from all causes: RM2,500.
Death from accidents: RM10,000.
