    This is an offer to attract high data and/or voice usage e-hailing drivers to join redONE with an exclusive PA insurance.
  2. How long is this offer?
    This is a permanent offer effective from 1 April 2022.
  3. Where can I sign up for these plans?
    You can sign up at any redONE Branch Office, redONE Premier Shop.
  4. Who is eligible to sign up for these plans?
    All registered e-hailing drivers.
    Age Limit: Eighteen (18) years old to seventy (70) years old, renewable up to seventy-five.
  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?
    • Please refer below table for the upfront payment charges:

  6. I am blacklisted by other telco. I would like to sign up to MYCARE58 with a new redONE number. How much Advance Payment do I need to pay?
    You need to pay RM58 Advance Payment.
  7. What happens if I do not fully utilise my High-Speed Data allocation?
    Your balance quota for the month will be forfeited.
  8. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?
    No, this plan is not contracted. If you take up a premium number you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months.
  9. After I take up one of these plans, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
    You can buy the one-off Data Top Up by dialing *123# or log on to 1App to purchase additional data.
  10. Can I register for any supplementary lines?
    Yes, you can register up to 6 supplementary lines.
  11. I am an existing Amazing8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new MYCARE58 plan?
    No. This is an exclusive plan for e-hailing drivers.
  12. I purchased the redVIDEO 1 time Add-on, which data will be utilized first?

  13. What is the Zurich Takaful PA protection about?
    This product is a basic personal accident plan which provides cover for death, permanent disability and also compassionate cash due to accident.
  14. How long is the duration of the bundled Zurich PA insurance?
    The duration of cover is for one (1) year. You need to renew your takaful cover annually.

    Duration of cover is for one year. You need to renew your policy contract annually.

  16. How much premium do I have to pay?
    The premium is bundle to your MYCARE58 plan.
    All premiums (if applicable) will be subjected to relevant charges or taxes, as deemed necessary by the Malaysian tax authorities. It is important to keep any receipt that you receive as proof of payment of premiums.
  17. What are the major exclusions under this product?
    This product does not cover claims caused by the following events:
    • War, Civil War
    • Pre-existing condition
    • Suicide while sane or insane
    • Provoked Murder or Assault
    • Any kind of racing other than on foot
    • Radiation, Nuclear
    Note: This list is non-exhaustive. Please refer to the master certificate wording for full list of exclusions under this product.
  18. Can I cancel my certificate?
    The policy is bundled to your MYCARE58 plan. It is a benefit given to you until you terminate your MYCARE58 plan.
  19. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact/ personal details?
    It is important that you inform us of any change in your contact detail/life profile including nomination, occupation and personal pursuits which would affect your risk profile. You can write or email to us at the below address or email address.
  20. When is the insurance coverage activated?
    The insurance coverage activate on the following month upon registration of MYCARE58 plan.
  21. Is there any hard copy acknowledgment of the insurance coverage?
    E Certification issue upon inception of coverage.
  22. My account is suspended, am I still eligible for the insurance coverage?
    Takaful coverage is inforce except if we do not received payment for 2 months or the cert lapsed.
  23. What is the process if I want to top up my insurance premium?
    Takaful top up is not allowed as the insurance is tied to the MYCARE58 plan.
  24. How do I make a claim?
    Customer need to contact Zurich for more information on the claim process.

  1. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.
  2. Monthly access fee for MYCARE58 plan is only applicable for the bundled high-speed data, bundled redSOCIAL, redVIDEO Lite Daily 1GB and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
  3. RM58 Advance Payment is required for new line registration. The Advance Payment is waived for MNP- Port-in customers. The Advance Payment collected will be used to deduct against your first month’s bill and you will only be required to pay any balance due under your first month’s bill.
  4. The redCALL, redSOCIAL and redVIDEO Lite Daily 1GB VAS are bundled with the MYCARE58 plan and are not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill for redCALL.
  5. The bundled data, bundle redSOCIAL, redVIDEO Lite Daily 1GB and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
  6. In the MYCARE58 plan’s first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

  7. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.
  8. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high-speed data, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data throttling at 64kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
  9. Basic Internet is the standard 64kbps speed.
  10. This plan is NOT eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.
  11. Change plan request to the new MYCARE58 plan is NOT allowed.
  12. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
  13. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the NEW MYCARE58 Postpaid plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.
  14. Unlimited voice calls include:
    • All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
  15. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:
    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    • Calls to special and premium numbers
    • Video calls
    • IDD calls
  16. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  17. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from MYCARE58 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is Amazing8 or RP8.
  18. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:
    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    • Used for call centre and telemarketing
    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication
  19. The redSOCIAL monthly recurring offers 10GB (4G LTE) all day usage to 4 (FOUR) social chat channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat) every day until the end of the month or until the redSOCIAL data quota is fully utilised. Once the customers have fully utilised the 10GB quota, they can purchase the 1-time Add-on high speed redSOCIAL VAS.
  20. The redSOCIAL is bundled with the NEW MYCARE58 Postpaid plan and is not optional.
  21. The 10GB data can only be used for streaming 4 (FOUR) social channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat) only. Other data usage will be deducted from the available bundled high speed data.
  22. The redSOCIAL quota will expire at the end of the calendar month.
  23. redSOCIAL can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Social chat usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.
  24. The redSOCIAL will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  25. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from MYCARE58 to another plan, the subscription to redSOCIAL will be automatically terminated.
  26. redVIDEO applies to video channels on
    • YouTube,
    • YouTube kids
    • Netflix,
    • viu
    • iflix,
    • iQiyi
    • Astro Go
    • Erosnow
  27. Usage on our redVIDEO partners’ website or mobile app is subjected to the respective video channel partners’ terms and conditions, and privacy policies and are used or provided entirely at your own risk.
  28. Upon 100% utilization of the redVIDEO daily quota, any further Internet usage will be deducted from the bundled high-speed data or available Data Top Up.
  29. redONE will strive to fully utilise the redVIDEO daily data quota whenever the customer is streaming via YouTube kids, Netflix, viu, iflix, iQiyi, Astro Go, Erosnow via redVIDEO. However, there may be instances where the redVIDEO data quota may inadvertently be used even when there is no streaming content on video partners happening or the data quota from the customer’s plan may be accidently used to stream instead of the bundled redVIDEO daily quota.
  30. These could occur due to a number of reasons including technical issues such as missed configuration or whitelisting of wrong IP address by third parties or due to the redVIDEO partners changing or updating their IP addresses and URL without giving redONE sufficient notice to update our system. Customer must acknowledge the possibility of these instances happening and agree not to hold us liable.
