  4. Who is eligible to sign up for this promotion?
    All new personal and MNP port in numbers (excluding M2M) are eligible for this promotion.
  5. I am an existing RP8 customer with 3 months’ contract remaining. Am I allowed to sign up for Smart68 postpaid?
    No, you cannot. However, you can sign up for a new line or port in a number to enjoy this offer.
  6. Is there any Registration Fee required for this promotion?
    Yes, you will need to pay RM50 Registration Fee to sign up for this Smart68 plan.
  7. Is there any advance payment required for this promotion?
    The SMART68 plan requires an advance payment of RM300. The credit will be offset in the customer’s monthly bill for 12 months at RM25 per month.
  8. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this promotion?
    Yes, this promotion is subject to a contract period of 24 months.
  9. Why do I need to sign a contract to enjoy this promotion?
    This is a subsidised device and Postpaid plan promotion from redONE and the contract is to ensure that you will remain as a redONE customer for a set period of time.
  10. I signed up for this promotion. What happens when if I exceeded the bundled monthly data quota?
    Once you have exceeded the monthly bundled data quota, your data connection will be throttled to a maximum of 3Mbps, depending on your location and current network condition.
  11. Can I port in my number from other telco operators to enjoy this offer?
    Yes, you can. Smart68 Postpaid plans is available for all MNP port-in users (Except M2M customers).
  12. My MNP port-in request failed. How can I get back the advance payment and deposit paid?
    You will need to go back to the redONE Branch or Partner that registered the port-in line for the refund.
  13. After I have signed up for this promotion, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data quota?
    No, you cannot upgrade your monthly data quota. However, you can purchase Data Top Up to enjoy the 4G LTE speed once you have fully utilised your plan’s monthly data quota.
  14. What happens if I terminated my Postpaid line within the contract period?
    You will incur the early termination penalty as per your signed contract.

    No, the information is not available in the redONE website. Please walk in to the nearest redONE Branch or redONE Partner to check on stock availability.
  17. What is the warranty period of the device(s)?
    All device(s) comes with the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty period.
  18. If my phone is faulty, where can I go to repair it?
    For any after sales enquiry, customers must refer to the manufacturer and visit an authorised Support Centre.

redCALL

  1. What is redCALL?
    redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.
  2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?
    No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once the SMART68 Postpaid plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.
  3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?
    No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the SMART68 Postpaid plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.
  4. Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?
    The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.
  5. Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?
    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.
  6. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?
    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.
  7. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?
    You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

redDATA

  1. What is redDATA?
    redDATAis a Value-Added Service (VAS) that offers unlimited data @6Mbps.
  2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redDATA?
    No, the redDATA will be activated automatically once your SMART68 Postpaid plan is successfully activated. Subscription charges for individual partners may apply, if any.
  3. I don’t want the redDATA service. Can I terminate it?
    No, you cannot terminate the redDATA service. It is bundled with the SMART68 Postpaid plan for you to enjoy unlimited data access in Malaysia.
  4. I have utilised the redDATA quota. Can I subscribe to redDATA again?
    No, only 1 active subscription is allowed in a month. However, you can purchase the Data Top Up to stream at high speed.
  5. How do the customers check on their redDATA data balance?
    Customers can check the usage via 1App.
  6. When can I utilise the redDATA data quota?
    You can use the redDATAdata anytime. TheredDATAdata will expire at the end of the month.
  7. What is the speed of the data for streaming?
    The speed of the redDATA data quota is capped at 3Mbps. You will need to use a 4G LTE compatible device to enjoy the 4G speed

  1. TheredCALLValue-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
  2. TheredCALLVAS is bundled with SMART68 Postpaid plan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.
  3. Unlimited voice calls include:
    1. All domestic calls toredONEPostpaid,redONEPrepaid and other mobile operators
    2. All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
  4. CALLSEXCLUDEDfrom the unlimited voice calls include:
    1. Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    2. Calls to special and premium numbers
    3. Video calls
    4. IDD calls
  5. TheredCALLVAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the SMART68 to another plan, the subscription toredCALLwill be automatically continued unless the new plan is Amazing8 or RP8.
  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:
    1. Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    2. Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    3. Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    4. Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    5. Used for call centre and telemarketing
    6. Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication

redDATA

  1. TheredDATAValue-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited data @6Mbps and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian only.
  2. TheredDATAVAS is bundled with the SMART68 Postpaid plan and is not optional.
  3. The unlimited data can be used for all data services.
  4. redDATAcan only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Data usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.
  5. TheredDATAVAS will be auto renewed on the 1stof every month.
  6. TheredDATAdata will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilisedredDATAdata will not be carried forward to the following month.
  7. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from Smart68 to another plan, the subscription toredDATAwill be automatically terminated.
  8. Upon 100% utilization of theredDATAquota, any further Internet usage will be deducted from available Data Top Up quota or you will surf on reduced speeds.
  9. Unlimited data quota is restricted only for Subscriber’s individual use and cannot be shared with any other person(s) or devices in any manner (including SIM boxes or mobile hotspot) and is subjected to redONE’s Fair Usage Policy.
  10. Data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. Your download speed and data capacity will vary and may be slower and could be affected by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general Internet traffic and coverage availability or due to Fair Usage Policy.   11. redDATAis non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity or any other redONE Postpaid account.
  12. We reserve the rights at any time without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Plan and Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Plan and Service(s) if your usage:
    • shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on the network;
    • is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
    • is not in accordance with the redONE Fair Usage Policy (at https://www.redone.com.my/en/fair-use-policy )
    • is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
  13. The Promotion is provided according to the Terms of Service on our Postpaid Sign-Up Form. You must comply with the terms including the relevant service description, our Fair Usage Policy, Privacy Policy, the relevant Postpaid subscription plan and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms”) all of which are available on redONE.com.my

redDAILY

  1. The redDAILY offers per day usage (uncapped speed) every day until the end of the month or until the redDAILY data quota is fully utilised. Once the customers have fully utilised the daily quota, they can purchase the high-speed Value Added-Services or Data Top Up.
  2. The redDAILY quota can be used for all data services in Malaysia.
  3. The redDAILY is bundled with the Smart68 postpaid plan and is not optional.
  4. The redDAILY quota will expire at the end of the day at 11:59PM every day.
  5. The redDAILY will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  6. The redDAILY quota will expire at the end of the calendar month.
  7. redDAILY can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Data usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.
  8. If the customer wants to change the plan from Smart68 to another plan, the subscription to redDAILY will be cancelled automatically.
  9. Upon 100% utilization of the redDAILY daily quota, any further Internet usage will be deducted from the bundled high-speed data or available Data Top Up.
