1. What are VIP Numbers?
   These VIP Numbers are mobile numbers beginning with 011 8888 xxxx and are now available for outright sale.
2. How much is it?
   The price starts from RM80 to RM98,000.
3. How can I register?
   You can register the number with any redONE plan priced at RM38 and above.
4. Will I be tied to a contract?
   Yes, there is a contract period of 24 months except for RM80 and RM150 numbers (except device bundle plan), and there will be an early termination penalty if the contract is terminated before the contracted 24 months.
5. What happens after termination?
   redONE reserves the right to recycle and resale the line if line is terminated.
6. Can I reserve the numbers?
   No, it is for first come first serve only.

Please take note that the purchase of the Outright Sales VIP Number is not an advance payment.

• No refund is allowed once payment has been made for the purchase of the Outright Sales VIP Number.
• Please ensure to always pay your monthly bill payment to ensure your number is not terminated as you will no longer be able to retain your number once it has been terminated.
• You shall be solely responsible for all losses in the event the number is terminated and you shall not have the rights to claim damages for business losses.
• You shall be responsible for all losses and payments in regard to this purchase of the Outright Sales VIP Number and to agree fully indemnify and to hold redONE harmless from and against any claim brought by a third party resulting from the purchase of the Outright Sales VIP Number and in respect of all losses, costs, actions, proceedings, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses), or liabilities, whatsoever suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by redONE in consequence of such purchase of the Outright Sales VIP Number or your breach or non-observance of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• You shall defend and pay all costs, damages, awards, fees (including any reasonable legal fees) and judgments awarded against redONE arising from the above claims and shall provide redONE with notice of such claims, full authority to defend, compromise or settle such claims and reasonable assistance necessary to defend such claims, at your sole expense.
