  1. What is the new redMUSIC Monthly Recurring Value-Added Service (VAS)?
    The new redMUSIC is an auto-recurring VAS that offers unlimited data access to stream music from our official music partners at only RM5 per subscription.

  2. 2 Is redMUSIC Monthly Recurring a permanent VAS offered by redONE?
    Yes it is available for subscription starting from 2 October 2019.

  3. Where can I subscribe to redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS?
    For new customers, you can subscribe to the redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS when you sign up for a new redONE line or port-in a number to redONE at any redONE Branch and redONE Partners near you. For existing customers, you can subscribe to the redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS via two (2) ways:

  4. Who can subscribe to the redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS?
    The new redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS is available all redONE Prepaid plans customer.

  6. I have purchase the 1-time Add-on on 18 October 2019. I would like to subscribe to the redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS?
    A subscription to the redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS while the 1-time Add-on redMUSIC is active, will result to the active 1-time Add-on redMUSIC balance data quota being FORFEITED.. You are advised to only subscrive once your previous redMUSIC 1-time Add-on quota is expired.

  7. How do I unsubscribe to redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS?
    You can contact our Customer Care to unsubscribe your redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS.

  8. I have terminated my subscription to redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS. Can I subscribe to redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS again?
    Yes, you can resubscribe via USSD *108# or via Prepaid App. RM5 per month will be charge to your bill for every successful subscription to redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS.

  9. Is there any registration fee required if I subscribe to redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS?
    No, there is no registration fee required.

  10. Will I be tied to a contract if I subscribe to redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS?
    No, there is no contract for redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS. You can choose to terminate the redMUSIC Monthly Recurring Vas anytime you want. However, the subscription fee will not be pro-rated and a full month subscription fee will be charged to your bill.

  11. When can I utilise the redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS unlimited data quota?
    You can utilise the redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS unlimited data quota at any time.
  1. The new redMUSIC Monthly Recurring Value-Added Service (VAS) is valid from 2 October 2019.
  2. The new redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS is valid for all new and existing prepaid Plans customers.
  3. Customer can subscribe the new redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS during line registration, via USSD *108# or via redONE Prepaid App.
  4. The new redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS offers unlimited data for music streaming with 26 music channels every day until the end of the month.
  5. redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS is a subscription based VAS and will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month unless redMUSIC Monthly Recurring has been terminated.
  6. The fee for redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS is not pro-rated. Cutomer will be charged a full RM5 in the bill upon successful subscription.
  7. A subscription to the redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS while the 1-time Add-on redMUSIC is active, the active 1-time Add-on redMUSIC unlimited data will be FORFEITED. Customer is advised to only subscribe once your previous 1-time Add On redMUSIC quota is expired.
  8. Customer with an active redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS are not allowed to purchase the 1-time Add On redMUSIC VAS.
  9. The redMUSIC unlimited data quota will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised redMUSIC data will not be carried forward to the following month.
  10. If the customer adds the redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS subscription at any time within the month, any previous usage will be charged normal rate and is not calculated under the unlimited redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS data bucket. Only the usage after the successful subscription will be calculated under the unlimited redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS data bucket.
  11. The unlimited data can only be used for streaming 26 redMUSIC channels. Other data usage will be deducted from the available bundled data or charged Pay-Per-Use.
  12. When streaming music via redMUSIC on the 26 partner channels, the unlimited redMUSIC data quota will be utilised first.
  13. redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Music streaming when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.
  14. Customers can request for termination at any time. The unlimited redMUSIC high speed data quota will be FORFEITED upon successful termination. Customer is advised to terminate redMUSIC before the start of the next bill cycle.
  15. In the event the customer terminates redMUSIC, the customer will be charged a full one (1) month subscription fee for the particular month even though the customer terminates redMUSIC at any time of the month. Customers are advised to terminate redMUSIC before the start of the next bill cycle.
  16. You can only subscribe to one (1) redMUSIC Monthly Recurring VAS. Anda hanya boleh melanggan satu (1) VAS redMUSIC Ulangan Bulanan.
  17. redMUSIC is non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity or any other redONE Postpaid account.
  18. Some redMUSIC music partners may only offer content via its mobile app and not through web browser and some content may be excluded by our redMUSIC music partners.
  19. To use redMUSIC, you may be required to register for a personal account on our music partners’ website or mobile app.
  20. Any data used for internet or content access (such as advertisements and web analytic tools) other than for music streaming will be deducted from the customer’s plan data quota and not from the redMUSIC unlimited data quota.
  21. redONE will strive to fully utilise the redMUSIC Monthly Recurring data quota whenever the customer is streaming music via redMUSIC’s music partners. However, there may be instances where the redMUSIC Monthly Recurring data quota may inadvertently be used even when there is no streaming content on music partners happening or the data quota from the customer’s plan may be accidently used to stream instead of the subscribed redMUSIC Monthly Recurring quota. These could occur due to a number of reasons including technical issues such as missed configuration or whitelisting of wrong IP address by third parties or due to the redMUSIC partners changing or updating their IP addresses and URL without giving redONE sufficient notice to update our system. Customer must acknowledge the possibility of these instances happening and agree not to hold us liable.
  22. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated.
  23. The Promotion is provided according to the Terms of Service on our Prepaid Sign-Up Form. You must comply with the terms including the relevant service description, our Fair Usage Policy, Privacy Policy, the relevant Postpaid subscription plan and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms”) all of which are available on www.redonemobile.com.my
