        This an offer to entice new line and other line operator data usage customers to take a redONE line.
      • When will this plan be available?
        This plan is available effective from 1 January 2017.
      • Where can I sign up for this plan?
        You can sign up at any redONE’s sales channels (excluding Senheng).
      • Who is eligible to sign up for this plan?
        All new personal, corporate and MNP port in numbers starting from 1 January 2017 (excluding M2M).
      • Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?
        Yes, this plan is subject to a contract period of 6 months.
      • Are the unlimited voice calls among redONE Postpaid numbers valid for calls made when I am roaming?
        The unlimited voice calls among redONE Postpaid numbers are valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.
      • After I sign up for this plan, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
        Amazing8 customers are allowed to upgrade the monthly data bundle.
      • I am an existing Data8 customer. Can I change my plan to the Amazing8 plan?
        Yes, you can. A one-time RM10 Activation Fee will be charged to the monthly bill.
      • What happens if I terminate my line within the 6-month contract period?
        You will need to pay an early termination penalty as specified in the signed Customer Agreement Form.

        This is a permanent offer effective from 1 October 2019.
      • Who is eligible for this offer?

      • I am an existing Amazing28 customer. Can I enjoy the new enhancement Amazing38 plan?
        Yes you can. Just request for an upgrade to the new Amazing38 plan at our redONE Branch Office, redONE Partners or send YES38 to 23388 (RM0.15 per SMS will be charged). redCALL service will be automatically activated should there be no active redCALL subscription. A one-time RM10 Activation Fee will be charged to the monthly bill for the change plan request.
      • What happens if I do not fully utilise my High Speed Data allocation?
        Your balance quota for the month will be forfeited.
      • Are the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?
        The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.
      • Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?
        Yes, this plan is subject to a contract period of 6 months.
      • Is there any Registration Fee required for this plan?
        Yes, you will need to pay RM10 Registration Fee to sign up for this plan.
      • After I take up one of these plans, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
        You can buy the one-off Data Top Up by dialing *123# to purchase additional data.
      • I am an existing Amazing8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new Amazing38 plan?

      • Are the unlimited voice calls valid for calls made when I am roaming?
        The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.
      • After I take up one of these plans, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
        You can buy the one-off Data Top Up by dialing *123# or log on to 1App to purchase additional data.
      • Can I register for any supplementary lines with Amazing58?
        Yes, you can register up to 6 supplementary lines.
      • I am an existing Amazing8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new Amazing68 plan?
        Yes, you can.
      • What happens if I terminate my line within the 6-month contract period?
        You will need to pay an early termination penalty as specified in the signed Customer Agreement Form.

      • What is redCALL?
        redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.
      • Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?
        No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your AMAZING68 Postpaid plan is ported-in successfully.
      • I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?
        No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the AMAZING68 Postpaid plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.
      • Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?
        Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.
      • What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?
        You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

      • What is redVIDEO?
        redVIDEO is a Value-Added Service (VAS) that offers 10GB 4G LTE data to stream videos on 16 popular channels.
      • Do I need to activate/ subscribe redVIDEO?
        No, the redVIDEO will be activated automatically once your Amazing68 Postpaid plan is ported-in successfully.
      • I don’t want the redVIDEO service. Can I terminate it?
        No, you cannot terminate the redVIDEO service. It is bundled with the Amazing68 Postpaid plan for you to enjoy streaming videos on 16 popular channels in Malaysia.
      • I have utilised the 10GB redVIDEO monthly recurring quota. Can I subscribe redVIDEO again?
        No, only 1 active subscription is allowed in a month. However, you can purchase the 1-time Add on. For each successful purchase, RM10 will be charged to your bill.
      • How do the customers check on their 10GB redVIDEO data balance?
        Customers can check the usage via by dialing *123# or 1App.
      • When can I utilise the 10GB redVIDEO data quota?
        You can use the 10GB redVIDEO data anytime. The 10GB redVIDEO data will expire at the end of the month.
      • What is the speed of the 10GB data for redVIDEO streaming?
        The speed of 10GB data quota for redVIDEO streaming is high speed 4G LTE data. You will need to use a 4G LTE compatible device to enjoy the 4G speed.

      • Monthly access fee of Amazing8 plan is only for the bundled data and unlimited voice calls to redONE Postpaid numbers.
      • Unlimited voice calls to all redONE Postpaid users are subject to our Fair Use Policy, which may be implemented if you exceed 100 hours a month. The complete Fair Use Policy can be found on www.redONE.com.my.
      • Calls are charged in 30-second blocks. Any calls of shorter duration will be rounded up and charged as a complete 30-second block.
      • The bundled data and unlimited voice calls among redONE Postpaid users are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
      • The monthly access fee for Amazing8 plan is charged on a full month basis.
      • In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.
      • Blacklisted customers and/or Non-Malaysians are subject to a deposit equivalent to their monthly credit limit.
      • This plan is applicable for individual customers, Corporate lines and MNP port in numbers. M2M lines are not eligible to sign up for these plans.
      • This plan is eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.
      • Existing customers are eligible to change plan to the Amazing8 plan.
      • The monthly access price of the plan cannot be combined into a single pool and shared among all lines registered under one Master account.
      • This offer’s terms and conditions shall be read in addition to the terms and conditions of the redONE terms and conditions (“Principal Terms & Conditions”) accepted by the Customer and shall be supplemental to the Principal Terms & Conditions. The Principal Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply and bind the Customer for purposes of this promotion.

      • Monthly access fee for Amazing38 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
      • The bundled data and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
      • The Amazing38 customer's first bill the plan’s data bundle will be prorated based on the customer's bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage price are as below:

      • The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
      • In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from AMAZING38 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically terminated.

        • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
        • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
        • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
        • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
        • Used for call centre and telemarketing
        • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication

      • The FREE 200 minutes for AMAZING68 plan is applicable for all calls made to Malaysia mobile networks and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
      • The bundled high speed data, bundled 10GB redVIDEO and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
      • In the event where the customers change their rate plan from Amazing68 to another plan within the first 11 months from the registration date, the balance rebate will be forfeited.
      • The Amazing68 customer's first bill the plan’s data bundle will be prorated based on the customer's bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage price are as below:
