        1. What is this offer all about?

        This is an offer to attract high data and/or voice usage customers to join redONE.

        2. How long is this offer?

        This is a permanent offer effective from 3 August 2020.

        3. Where can I sign up for this plan? 

        You can sign up at any redONE Branch Office or redONE Partners. 

        4. Who is eligible for this offer?

        All new personal, corporate and MNP port in numbers starting from 3 August 2020 (excluding M2M). 

        5. Is there any Registration Fee or Deposit required for this plan?

        Yes, you will need to pay RM10 Registration Fee to sign up for this plan. However, the default deposit (RM50) is waived. If you require a higher credit limit, deposit is required if your tenure with redONE is less than 6 months. If you are a foreigner, you have to pay a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.

        6. Is there any advance payment required for the plan? 

        Yes, you will need to pay 1 month’s commitment fee. The Advance Payment paid will be used to offset your following month’s bill from redONE.

        7. I am blacklisted by other telco. I would like to sign up for Amazing58 with a new redONE number. How much deposit do I need to pay?

        There is zero deposit, but you will need to pay 1 month’s commitment fee. The Advance Payment paid will be used to offset your following month’s bill from redONE.

        8. What happens if I do not fully utilise my High Speed Data allocation?

        Your balance quota for the month will be forfeited.

        9. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?

        No, but if you take up a premium number you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months..

        10. Are the unlimited voice calls for Amazing58 plan include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers? 

        Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia.  Calls to special numbers are excluded.

        11. Are the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?

         The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.  

        12. After I have signed up for one of these plans, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?

        You can buy the one-off Data Top Up by dialing *123# or log on to 1App to purchase additional data.

        13. Can I register for any supplementary lines with Amazing58?

        Yes, you can register up to 6 supplementary lines.

        14. I am an existing Amazing8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new Amazing58 plan?

        Yes you can. 

        15. I purchased the redVIDEO 1 time Add-on, which data will be utilised first?

        1. What is redCALL? 

        redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.

        2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?

        No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your Amazing58 Postpaid plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in. 

        3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?

        No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the Amazing58 Postpaid plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.

        4. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?

        Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.

        5. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?

        You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.


        redVIDEO Daily 1GB 

        1. What is redVIDEO Daily 1GB?

        redVIDEO Daily 1GB  is a Value-Added Service (VAS) that offers 1GB data per day to stream videos on popular video channels capped at 1Mbps speed. 

        2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redVIDEO Daily 1GB?

        No, the redVIDEO Daily 1GB will be activated automatically once your Amazing58 Postpaid plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

        3. I don’t want the redVIDEO Daily 1GB service. Can I terminate it?

        No, you cannot terminate the redVIDEO Daily 1GB service. It is bundled with the Amazing58 Postpaid plan for you to enjoy streaming videos on popular video channels in Malaysia.

        4. I have utilised the redVIDEO Daily 1GB quota. Can I subscribe redVIDEO Daily 1GB again?

        No, only 1 active redVIDEO Daily 1GB service is allowed in a month. However, you can purchase the high speed 1-time Add on.  For each successful purchase, RM10 will be charged to your bill.

        4. I have utilised the 10GB redSOCIAL monthly recurring quota. Can I subscribe redSOCIAL again?

        No, only 1 active subscription is allowed in a month. However, you can purchase the 1-time Add on.  For each successful purchase, RM10 will be charged to your bill.

        The speed of 10GB data quota for redSOCIAL streaming is high speed 4G LTE data. You will need to use a 4G LTE compatible device to enjoy the 4G speed. 

        8. Does redSOCIAL consume my plan’s bundled data?

        No. redSOCIAL provides you additional 10GB data to stream Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp & WeChat. Standard data consumption may apply for any in-app purchase, third party apps and links out of redSOCIAL’s partners.

        1. What is this offer all about?

        This is a offer to entice new line and other line operator data usage customers to take a redONE line. 

        2. When are these plans available?

        The plans are available effective from 1 January 2017.

        3. Where can I sign up for these plans? 

        You can sign up at any redONE’s sales channels (excluding Senheng).

        4. Who is eligible to sign up for these plans?

        All new personal, corporate and MNP port in numbers starting from 1 January 2017 (excluding M2M). 

        5. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for any one of these plans?

        Yes, these plans are subject to a contract period of 6 months. 

        6. Is the unlimited voice calls among redONE Postpaid numbers valid for calls made when I am roaming?

        The unlimited voice calls among redONE Postpaid numbers is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.  

        7. After I take up one of these plans, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?

        Amazing8 customers are allowed to upgrade the monthly data bundle.

        8. I am an existing Data8 customer. Can I change my plan to the Amazing8 plan?

        Yes, you can. A one-time RM10 Activation Fee will be charged to the monthly bill.

        9. What happens if I terminate my line within the 6-month contract period?

        You will need to pay an early termination penalty as specified in the signed Customer Agreement Form.

        1. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.

        2. RM58 Advance Payment is required. The Advance Payment collected will be used to deduct against your first month’s bill and you will only be required to pay any balance due under your first month’s bill. Registration by non-Malaysian citizen customers shall be charged with a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit. In the event the user requires a higher credit limit, then standard deposit is required as normal procedure.

        3. Monthly access fee for Amazing58 Postpaid plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data, bundled redSOCIAL, bundled redVIDEO Daily 1GB and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, excluding video calls and voice calls to special numbers.

        4. The redCALL, redSOCIAL and redVIDEO Daily 1GB VAS are bundled with the Amazing58 plan and are not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill for redCALL.

        5. The bundled data, bundled redSOCIAL, bundled redVIDEO Daily 1GB and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian network only. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate. 

        6. The Amazing58 first bill, the plan’s data bundle will be prorated based on the customer's bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

        9. Basic Internet is the standard 64kbps speed. 

        10. This plan is not eligible for 30 days cooling-off period

        11. Change plan request to the new Amazing58 plan is allowed starting May 2020.


        redCALL

        1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.

        2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the NEW Amazing58 Postpaid plan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.

        3. Unlimited voice calls include:

            - All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators

            - All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers 

        4.    CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:

            - Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers

            - Calls to special and premium numbers

            - Video calls

            - IDD calls

        5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

        6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from NEW Amazing58 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically terminated unless the new plan is Amazing38. 

        7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:

        Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia.

        Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application).

        Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours.

        Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling.

        Used for call centre and telemarketing.

        Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication.

        redSOCIAL 

        1. The redSOCIAL monthly recurring offers 10GB (4G LTE) all day data usage to four (4) social chat channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat) every day until the end of the month or until the redSOCIAL data quota is fully utilised. Once the customers have fully utilised the 10GB quota, they can purchase the 1-time Add-on high speed redSOCIAL VAS.

        2. The redSOCIAL is bundled with the NEW Amazing58 Postpaid plan and is not optional. 

        3. The 10GB data can only be used for streaming four (4) social channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat) only. Other data usage will be deducted from the available bundled high speed data.

        4. The redSOCIAL quota will expire at the end of the calendar month.

        5. redSOCIAL can only be utilised domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Social chat usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE overseas roaming partners.

        6. The redSOCIAL will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

        7. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from Amazing58 to another plan, the subscription to redSOCIAL will be automatically terminated unless the new plan is Amazing38. 


        redVIDEO Daily 1GB

        1.    The redVIDEO Daily 1GB offers 1GB per day video streaming (capped at 3Mbps) every day until the end of the month or until the redVIDEO Daily 1GB data quota is fully utilised. Once the customers have fully utilised the 1GB quota, they can purchase the 1-time Add-on high speed redVIDEO VAS.

        2.    The redVIDEO Daily 1GB is bundled with the Amazing58 Postpaid plan and is not optional.

        3.    The 1GB data can only be used for streaming redVIDEO channels. Other data usage will be deducted from the available bundled high speed data.

        4.    The redVIDEO Daily 1GB quota will expire at the end of the day at 11:59PM every day.

        5.    redVIDEO Daily 1GB can only be utilised domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Video streaming when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE overseas roaming partners.

        6.    The redVIDEO Daily 1GB will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

        7.    In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from Amazing58 to another plan, the subscription to redVIDEO Daily 1GB will be automatically terminated.

        7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:

            -    Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia.

            -    Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application).

            -    Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours.

            -    Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling.

            -    Used for call centre and telemarketing.

            -    Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication.


        redSOCIAL 

        1. The redSOCIAL monthly recurring offers 10GB (4G LTE) all day data usage to four (4) social chat channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat) every day until the end of the month or until the redSOCIAL data quota is fully utilised. Once the customers have fully utilised the 10GB quota, they can purchase the 1-time Add-on high speed redSOCIAL VAS.

        2. The redSOCIAL is bundled with the NEW Amazing38 Postpaid plan and is not optional. 

        3. The 10GB data can only be used for streaming four (4) social channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat) only. Other data usage will be deducted from the available bundled high speed data.

        4. The redSOCIAL quota will expire at the end of the calendar month.

        5. redSOCIAL can only be utilised domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Social chat usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE overseas roaming partners.

        6. The redSOCIAL will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

        7. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from Amazing38 to another plan, the subscription to redSOCIAL will be automatically terminated unless the new plan is Amazing58. 


        redVIDEO Daily 500MB

        1. The redVIDEO Daily 500MB offers 500MB per day video streaming (capped at 3Mbps) every day until the end of the month or until the redVIDEO Daily 500MB data quota is fully utilised. Once the customers have fully utilised the 500MB quota, they can purchase the 1-time Add-on high speed redVIDEO VAS.

        2. The redVIDEO Daily 500MB is bundled with the Amazing38 Postpaid plan and is not optional.

        3. The 500MB data can only be used for streaming redVIDEO channels. Other data usage will be deducted from the available bundled high speed data.

        4. The redVIDEO Daily 500MB quota will expire at the end of the day at 11:59PM every day.

        5. redVIDEO Daily 500MB can only be utilised domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Video streaming when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE overseas roaming partners.

        6. The redVIDEO Daily 500MB will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

        7. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from Amazing38 to another plan, the subscription to redVIDEO Daily 500MB will be automatically terminated.



        Amazing8


        1. All prices displayed exclude Service Tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.

        2. Monthly access fee of Amazing8 plan is only for the bundled data and unlimited voice calls to redONE Postpaid numbers.

        3. Unlimited voice calls to all redONE Postpaid users are subject to our Fair Use Policy, which may be implemented if you exceed 100 hours a month. The complete Fair Use Policy can be found on www.redONE.com.my.

        4. Calls are charged in 30-second blocks. Any calls of shorter duration will be rounded up and charged as a complete 30-second block.

        5. The bundled data and unlimited voice calls among redONE Postpaid users are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate. 

        6. The monthly access fee for Amazing8 plan is charged on a full month basis.

        7. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.

        8. Blacklisted customers and/or Non-Malaysians are subject to a deposit equivalent to their monthly credit limit.

        9. This plan is applicable for individual customers, Corporate lines and MNP port in numbers. M2M lines are not eligible to sign up for these plans.

        10. This plan is eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.

        11. Existing customers are eligible to change plan to the Amazing8 plan. 

        12. The monthly access price of the plan cannot be combined into a single pool and shared among all lines registered under one Master account. 

        13. This offer’s terms and conditions shall be read in addition to the terms and conditions of the redONE terms and conditions (“Principal Terms & Conditions”) accepted by the Customer and shall be supplemental to the Principal Terms & Conditions. The Principal Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply and bind the Customer for purposes of this promotion.
