What are these plans about? These are new all-in-one data and voice permanent plans.
When are these plans available? The plans are available effective from 1 January 2017 whereas the Amazing48+ plan is effective from 1 May 2018.
Where can I sign up for these plans? You can sign up at any redONE Branch Office & redONE Partner Shops (excluding Senheng & Elepoint Solution).
Who is eligible to sign up for these plans? All new personal, corporate and MNP port-in numbers excluding M2M.
Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for any one of these plans? Yes, these plans are subject to a contract period of 6 months. If you take a premium number, you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months.
I am an existing Amazing48 customer. Can I enjoy the new enhanced Amazing48+ plan? Yes, you can. Just request for an upgrade to the new Amazing48+ plan at our redONE Branch Office or Partner Shops. A one-time processing fee will be charged for change of plan.
What happens if I do not fully utilise my 4G LTE Data allocation? Your balance data quota of the month will be forfeited.
Are the FREE 200 minutes voice calls for Amazing48+ plan include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers? Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Video calls, calls to special numbers and toll-free numbers (1-300) are excluded.
Is the unlimited voice calls among redONE Postpaid numbers valid for calls made when I am roaming? The unlimited voice calls among redONE Postpaid numbers is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.
After I take up one of these plans, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle? Only Amazing8 customers are allowed to upgrade the monthly data bundle. For Amazing28 and Amazing48 customers, you can only buy the one-time Data Top Up by dialing *123# to purchase additional data.
I am an existing Data8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new Amazing28 plan? Yes, you can change to the new Amazing28 plan. However, you will be charged an early termination penalty.
What happens if I terminate my line within the 6-month contract period? You will need to pay an early termination penalty as specified in the signed Customer Agreement Form.
The Amazing plans are valid starting from 1 January 2017 whereas the Amazing48+ plan is valid from 1 May 2018
These plans are applicable for individual customers, corporate lines and MNP port-in numbers. M2M lines are not eligible to sign up for these plans.
Monthly access fee for the AMAZING plans is only for the allocated data and unlimited voice calls among redONE Postpaid numbers.
The FREE 200 minutes for AMAZING48+ plan is applicable for all calls made to Malaysia mobile networks and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
When the FREE 200 minutes for AMAZING48+ plan is fully utilised, subsequent usage will be charged Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate at RM0.15 per minute.
Unlimited voice calls among redONE Postpaid users is subject to our Fair Use Policy, which may be implemented if you exceed 100 hours a month. The complete Fair Use Policy can be found on here.
The allocated data and unlimited voice calls among redONE Postpaid users are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
Upon 100% utilisation of the high speed allocated data for AMAZING28 and AMAZING48+ plans, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the Basic Internet data throttling at 64kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
AMAZING48+ plan customers are allowed to take a Premium number
Blacklisted customers and/or Non-Malaysians are subject to a deposit equivalent to their monthly credit limit.
These plans are eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.
In the event of early termination, the pre-termination penalty will be charged as specified in the Customer Agreement Form.
This offer’s terms and conditions shall be read in addition to the terms and conditions of the redONE terms and conditions (“Principal
Terms & Conditions”) accepted by the Customer and shall be supplemental to the Principal Terms & Conditions. The Principal Terms and
Conditions shall continue to apply and bind the Customer for purposes of this promotion.
