  2. How long is this offer?
    This offer is effective from 21 April 2022 until further notice.
  3. Where can I sign up for these plans?
    You can sign up at any redONE Branch Office, redONE Partners or Online Self registration.
  4. Who is eligible to sign up for these plans?
    All new personal, corporate and MNP port in numbers starting from 21 April 2022 (excluding M2M).
  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?
    • Please refer below table for the upfront payment charges:

  6. I am blacklisted by other telco. I would like to sign up to Amazing58 with a new redONE number. How much Advance Payment do I need to pay?
    You need to pay RM58 Advance Payment.
  7. What happens if I do not fully utilise my High-Speed Data allocation?
    Your balance quota for the month will be forfeited.
  8. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?
    This plan is not contracted. If you take up a premium number you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months.
  9. After I take up one of these plans, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
    You can buy the one-off Data Top Up by dialing *123# or log on to 1App to purchase additional data.
  10. Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?
    The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.
  11. Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?
    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.
  12. Can I register for any supplementary lines with Amazing58?
    Yes, you can register up to 6 supplementary lines.
  13. I am an existing Amazing8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new Amazing58 plan?
    Yes you can.
  14. I purchased the redVIDEO 1 time Add-on, which data will be utilized first?

  15. What is redCALL?
    redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.
  16. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?
    No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your AMAZING38 or AMAZING58 Postpaid plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.
  17. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?
    No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the AMAZING38 and AMAZING58 Postpaid plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.
  18. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?
    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.
  19. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?
    You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.
  20. What is redSURF?
    redSURF is a Value-Added Service (VAS) that offers social chat and video streaming (capped at 3Mbps) every day until the end of the month or until the redSURF Daily data quota is fully utilised.

  23. I don’t want the redSURF service. Can I terminate it?
    No, you cannot terminate the redSURF service. It is bundled with the AMAZING38 or AMAZING58 Postpaid plan for you to enjoy access to four (4) popular social channels in Malaysia.
  24. I have utilised the redSURF Daily quota. Can I subscribe to redSURF Daily again?
    No, only 1 active redSURF Daily service is allowed in a month. However, you can purchase the high speed redVIDEO and redSOCAL value added-service. For each successful purchase, RM10 will be charged to your bill.
  25. When can I utilise the redSURF Daily data quota?
    You can use the redSURF Daily data anytime. The redSURF Daily data will expire at the end of the day at 11:59PM every day.
  26. What is the speed of the redSURF Daily data for streaming?
    The speed of the redSURF data quota is capped at 3Mbps. You will need to use a 4G LTE compatible device to enjoy the 4G speed.
  27. Does redSURF consume my plan’s bundled data?
    No. redSURF provides you additional daily data for your social media and video streaming. Standard data consumption may apply for any in-app purchase, third party apps and links out of redSURF’s partners.
Amazing58

  1. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.
  2. Monthly access fee for AMAZING58 plan is only applicable for the bundled high-speed data, bundle redSURF Daily 1.5GB and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
  3. RM58 Advance Payment is required. The Advance Payment is waived for MNP- Port-in customers. The Advance Payment collected will be used to deduct against your first month’s bill and you will only be required to pay any balance due under your first month’s bill.
  4. Registration by non-Malaysian citizen customers shall be charged with a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.
  5. The redCALL, redSURF Daily 1.5GB VAS are bundled with the AMAZING58 plan and are not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill for redCALL.
  6. The bundled data, bundle redSURF Daily 1.5GB and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
  7. In the AMAZING58 plan's first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer's bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

  10. Basic Internet is the standard 64kbps speed.
  11. This plan is NOT eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.
  12. Change plan request to the new AMAZING58 plan is allowed starting from 1 May 2022.

redCALL

  1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
  2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the NEW AMAZING38 and AMAZING58 Postpaid plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.
  3. Unlimited voice calls include:
    1. All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
    2. All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:
    1. Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    2. Calls to special and premium numbers
    3. Video calls
    4. IDD calls
  5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the NEW AMAZING38 or AMAZING58 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is Amazing8 or RP8.
  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:
    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    • Used for call centre and telemarketing
    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication


redSURF

  1. The redSURF Daily offers per day social chat and video streaming (capped at 3Mbps) every day until the end of the month or until the redSURF Daily data quota is fully utilised. Once the customers have fully utilised the daily quota, they can purchase the high speed redSOCIAL or redVIDEO VAS.
  2. The redSURF Daily quota include social chat usage to 4 (FOUR) social chat channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat) and video streaming to 8 (EIGHT) video channels (YouTube, YouTube kids, Netflix, viu, iflix, iQiyi, Astro Go, Erosnow).
  3. The redSURF is bundled with the NEW AMAZING38 and AMAZING58 Postpaid plan and is not optional.
  4. The AMAZING38 and AMAZING58 plan’s available daily data quota:

  5. The redSURF Daily data can only be used for streaming 4 (FOUR) social channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat) and video streaming to 8 (EIGHT) video channels (YouTube, YouTube kids, Netflix, viu, iflix, iQiyi, Astro Go, Erosnow) only. Any data used for Internet, app download or content access (such as advertisements and web analytic tools) other than for streaming with redSURF’s social media or video partner channels will be deducted from the available bundled high speed data or available Data Top Up quota.
  6. The redSURF Daily quota will expire at the end of the day at 11:59PM every day.
  7. The redSURF will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  8. The redSURF quota will expire at the end of the calendar month.
  9. redSURF can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Social chat usage and video streaming when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.
  10. Subscription and subscription fee to social media or video partners may apply.

  12. Usage on our redSURF partners’ website or mobile app is subjected to the respective social media partners’ terms and conditions, and privacy policies and are used or provided entirely at your own risk.
  13. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from AMAZING38 or AMAZING58 to another plan, the subscription to redSURF will be automatically terminated.
  14. Upon 100% utilization of the redSURF daily quota, any further Internet usage will be deducted from the bundled high speed data or available Data Top Up.
  15. redONE will strive to fully utilise the redSURF daily data quota whenever the customer is streaming via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Wechat, YouTube, YouTube kids, Netflix, viu, iflix, iQiyi, Astro Go, Erosnow via redSURF. However, there may be instances where the redSURF data quota may inadvertently be used even when there is no streaming content on social media or video partners happening or the data quota from the customer’s plan may be accidently used to stream instead of the subscribed redSURF daily quota. These could occur due to a number of reasons including technical issues such as missed configuration or whitelisting of wrong IP address by third parties or due to the redSURF partners changing or updating their IP addresses and URL without giving redONE sufficient notice to update our system. Customer must acknowledge the possibility of these instances happening and agree not to hold us liable.
