I have purchased the 1GB Data Top Up. How long will the data last? The 1GB Data Top Up will last until it is all used up or until it expires at the end of the month
How many Data Top Up I can purchase in a month? You can purchase up to a maximum of 20 times or a total of 10GB, whichever comes first
The Data Top Up is for all unlimited data bundle customers to add data to increase the data speed after the speed is throttled to maximum 64kbps. It is also applicable to non-unlimited data bundle customers once they hit PPU.
The Data Top Up is not an auto-renewable data quota.
The Data Top Up is not pro-rated. Any unused data quota will expire at the end of the month.
The Data Top Up is non-stackable. You can purchase the Data Top Up again after the previously purchased Data Top Up quota has been fully utilised or the validity has expired.
You may use this quota for all browsing purposes, all day, on all redONE networks including 2G/3G/4G LTE.
You may purchase the Data Top Up by dialling *123#, via 1APP and follow the instructions therein.
Upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation SMS.
Upon 100% usage of the Data Top Up quota, your subsequent data usage will be deducted from any available data quota, throttled to a maximum of 64kbps (for unlimited data customers) or charged Pay-Per-Use rate at RM0.10 per MB for no unlimited data customers. Customer may opt to repurchase additional data to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
