Yes, you can register up to 6 supplementary lines.

2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redVIDEO?
No, the redVIDEO will be activated
automatically once your Data28 Postpaid plan is successfully activated
or successfully ported-in.
3. I don’t want the redVIDEO service. Can I terminate it?
No, you cannot terminate the redVIDEO
service. It is bundled with the Data28 Postpaid plan for you to enjoy video
streaming on popular video channels in Malaysia.
4. I have utilised the 10GB redVIDEO monthly recurring quota. Can I subscribe redVIDEO again?
No, only 1 active subscription is allowed in a
month. However, you can purchase the 1-time Add on. For each successful purchase, RM10 will be
charged to your bill.

Customers can check the usage via by dialing

6. When can I utilise the
