Similarly, usage of data outside of the time period given will also consume your bundled data plan, exceeding which, charges may apply.
8 What can I use the FREE 10GB for?

No. Unused FREE 10GB 4G LTE data will be forfeited at the end of the month.
10 What should I know about the FREE 10GB?

Any unused internet quota of the day will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward to the following day.

1.1 What is the Jaringan Prihatin programme? The Jaringan Prihatin programme is an initiative by the Government of Malaysia, in collaboration with the telecommunication Service Providers, whereby approximately RM2.0 billion has been allocated for the recipients of Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR), in the form of subsidised telco packages.
1.2 How will I benefit from the Jaringan Prihatin programme?

If you are an eligible recipient of the programme, you will be able to subscribe to a data plan or device bundle package offered by the participating Service Providers, which are jointly subsidised by the Government and the participating Service Providers.

There are two types of subsidies offered by the Government in this programme;
Subsidy 1: Monthly data plan subsidy rebate; or
Subsidy 2: Device package subsidy.

Total subsidy allocation for eligible recipients are as follows.

Category 1 - Married and Singles without children

Subsidy 1: RM15 per month for 12 months

Subsidy 2: RM180 device package subsidy

Category 2- Married and Singles with children

1.3 How do I check if I am eligible for Jaringan Prihatin?

You are eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin programme if you have qualified for the Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR). You may get more information and check your eligibility on the BPR website: https://bpr.hasil.gov.my/.

In order to check eligibility, please follow the following steps:
Step 1: Using your internet browser, go to https://bpr.hasil.gov.my/

1.4 When can I join the Jaringan Prihatin programme? Registration for the programme will be open from 5 May 2021 to 31 August 2021. You may register with your selected Service Providers. The entire programme will last from 5 May 2021 to 31 August 2022.
1.5 How long is the Jaringan Prihatin programme period? The Jaringan Prihatin programme is a 12-month programme starting from the time you register. The last date for registration is 31 August 2021, while the entire programme runs from 5 May 2021 to 31 August 2022.
1.6 How can I join the Jaringan Prihatin programme?

You may join the Jaringan Prihatin programme by signing up during the registration period at authorised stores/dealers or the online shop of participating Service Providers.

Please check with your selected Service Provider's website to see the list of data plans or device packages on offer, and for further information on registration and redemption of the subsidy.

1.7 I am eligible for the Bantuan Prihatin programme but I missed the deadline to join the Jaringan Prihatin programme, can I still register? No, you will not be able to register if you have missed the deadline of 31 August 2021, even if you are an eligible recipient of BPR.
1.8 If I encounter any issues and would like to appeal, how do I go about doing this?

1.9 How many times can I opt in for Jaringan Prihatin programme? Each eligible MyKad is allowed to opt in for the Jaringan Prihatin programme only once during the registration period from 5 May 2021 to 31 August 2021. However, you are allowed to switch your registration to another service provider during the course of the programme, which lasts from 5 May 2021 to 31 August 2022.
1.10 When I register, what happens to my personal data? All personal data provided for the Jaringan Prihatin programme belongs to the Government of Malaysia.

2.7 I am a Malaysian citizen married to a foreign national with children. Am I eligible for Jaringan Prihatin? If you are a Malaysian citizen who is eligible for BPR and married to a foreign national, you are eligible for Jaringan Prihatin. If you have children under the age of 18, you are entitled to the RM300 subsidy allocation, whereby you will receive RM15 per month over 12 months for a monthly data plan, or RM300 for a device package subsidy.
2.8 How do I know if my registration to be part of Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat is successful? In order to know if your registration to be part of BPR is successful, please follow these steps:

2.9 Does Jaringan Prihatin apply for foreign subscribers? No, the Jaringan Prihatin programme is only available to Malaysian citizens whom are eligible for BPR.
2.10 I am not eligible for this programme; am I able to appeal my eligibility status? All recipients of BPR are eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin programme. If you have been deemed to be not eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin programme, please appeal for your BPR eligibility status first, via the BPR website (https://bpr.hasil.gov.my) or contact the BPR hotline (1800-88-2747).
2.11 I am eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin programme and I have 2 mobile numbers. Can I claim on both numbers? Only one claim is allowed per National Registration Identification Card (“NRIC”) of eligible individuals. If you have two (2) mobile numbers, you may choose only one (1) mobile number that you will claim the subsidy on. In the event both numbers are registered under Jaringan Prihatin, redONE reserves the right to terminate the line and charge the subsidy to the bill.
2.12 How will Jaringan Prihatin subsidy recipients be paid? The Jaringan Prihatin subsidy recipients will be paid through approved data plans or device packages of any Service Provider they have selected.

2.13 Is a Jaringan Prihatin subsidy recipient allowed to claim the subsidy from different Service Providers during the 12-month program period? Yes, an eligible recipient is allowed to claim the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy from up to four (4) different Service Providers over the 12 month programme period. Eligible subscribers can be only registered with one (1) Service Provider at any point in time during this period.

2.14 Can the eligible subscriber participate in Jaringan Prihatin with more than one (1) claim on a single National Registration Identity Card (“NRIC”)? No. Each eligible customer is allowed only one claim per NRIC under the Jaringan Prihatin programme.
2.15 Can a subsidy recipient transfer the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy to any other person(s)? No. The Jaringan Prihatin subsidy is tied to the individual subscriber’s NRIC and therefore cannot be transferred to a third party.
2.16 Can a subsidy recipient withdraw the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy as Cash? No, subsidy recipients will not be able to withdraw the subsidy as cash.

  2. monthly data plans where twelve (12) redemptions of RM15 per calendar month can be redeemed by the end date of this programme on 31 August 2022.

3.2 If an Eligible Subscriber is married or single with children, and chooses the Jaringan Prihatin RM300 subsidy, is there any particular plan that they would need to subscribe to? 3.3 If an Eligible Subscriber chooses the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy rebate of RM15 over the programme duration, is there any particular plans that they would need to subscribe to? In general, the Eligible Subscriber is given the flexibility to apply the rebate on both new and existing, prepaid and postpaid plans offered under this programme. However, offers may vary subject to respective Service Providers.
3.4 How do Eligible Subscribers redeem the Jaringan Prihatin RM15 subsidy rebate, if they are already subscribed with a Service Provider? An Eligible Subscriber will first be required to perform a one-time registration for the Jaringan Prihatin programme by going to their respective Service Provider's websites or customer front desks. In order to redeem the Jaringan Prihatin monthly subsidy, they may either;

  1. subscribe to a subsidised monthly data plan offered under the programme rebate; or
  2. receive a RM15 credit rebate from their service providers

3.6 Can an Eligible Subscriber choose the timing in which the Jaringan Prihatin RM15 subsidy will be disbursed? No, an Eligible Subscriber cannot choose the timing of disbursement for the subsidy. In general, the disbursement will take place within the same calendar month. The exact timing of disbursement, however, may differ between different Service Providers and between prepaid and postpaid plans.
3.7 Can an Eligible Subscriber request for the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy rebate of RM15 per month to be paid in advance for the year in settling the bill upfront or purchase for data plan? No, the Jaringan Subsidy rebate of RM15 per month cannot be paid in advance for the year to settle a bill or purchase for data plan.
3.8 Will an Eligible Subscriber still get to enjoy the rebate if the line is barred or suspended during the rebate period? In the event of your line being barred or suspended, the rebate will be forfeited. If you reactivate the line within the rebate period, you will continue to enjoy the rebate for the remaining period until the 12 months period ends. Any missed redemptions during the period in time where your line was barred or suspended will be forfeited.
3.9 Can the plan subsidy be pro-rated? No, the subsidy cannot be pro-rated.
3.10 How do I register for the Jaringan Prihatin programme? You can visit your specific Service Provider's website (URL) to register for the Jaringan Prihatin programme and select your choice of data plans or device package being offered.
3.11 I decided to get the RM15 per month data plan subsidy, how many redemptions do I get? You will have twelve (12) RM15 per month subsidy, which you can redeem only once per calendar month. You have up to 31 August 2022 to redeem your entitlement of twelve (12) RM15 per month subsidy.
3.12 I am currently registered with Service Provider ‘A’ and would like to switch to another Service Provider. Will I still be entitled for Jaringan Prihatin? You would need to first terminate your Jaringan Prihatin registration with Service Provider ‘A’. Once this is done, you can register with your new Service Provider to continue enjoying the Jaringan Prihatin programme.You are only allowed a maximum of 3 switches (i.e. Service Provider A (current package) > Service Provider B > Service Provider C > Service Provider D) over the course of the programme. However, this only applies to those that have opted for the monthly data plan subsidy, not the device package subsidy.
3.13 How many times do I need to register to the programme in order to enjoy the RM15 rebate? You will only be required to register once for the Jaringan Prihatin programme. The registration period for this programme is open from 5 May 2021 to 31 August 2021.
3.14 I missed the deadline to register with the Jaringan Prihatin program by 31 August 2021, can I still register? No, you will not be able to register if you missed the deadline of 31 August 2021.
3.15 I signed up for a device package before 5 May 2021 (start of Jaringan Prihatin programme). Can I utilise the RM180 device subsidy for that package? No, the device subsidy of Jaringan Prihatin programme is only applicable for new device bundles offered by Service Providers as part of the Jaringan Prihatin Programme.
3.16 What can I use the monthly RM15 rebate for? In general, you can use the monthly RM15 rebate to:

  1. purchase monthly data plan (for prepaid customers), or
  2. offset the bill payment of your postpaid monthly data plan (for postpaid customers).
However, the exact redemption mechanism, for both prepaid and postpaid, will vary across participating Service Providers. Eligible Subscribers should refer to their respective Service Providers’ websites for more information.
3.17 I am an Eligible Subscriber and a postpaid customer. When will the rebate be reflected after my registration? The rebate will be reflected on your next bill after you have registered and selected your plan.
3.18 I wanted to opt for a device subsidy with my Service Provider. However there is not enough stock; what should I do? If your chosen Service Provider is unable to provide you with a device for a device subsidy, please check with your Service Provider on the availability of stock for redemption by 31 August 2021. Alternatively, you may opt to go to a different Service Provider.

4.4 Can I switch to a different data plan within my Service Provider after signing up for an offer? Yes, you may switch to a different data plan so long as it is part of the offers available to Jaringan Prihatin customers, and the data plan is entitled for the subsidy of RM15 per month.
4.5 Does an Eligible Subscriber who opts for another Service Provider need to re-register for the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy, or is it automatically detected that they are eligible Jaringan Prihatin Program subsidy recipients ? An Eligible Subscriber will need to terminate the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy with their existing Service Provider first, before proceeding to re-register with their new Service Provider for the Jaringan Prihatin programme.

Can I terminate my Jaringan Prihatin programme from my existing Service Provider and continue the programme with another Service Provider? You are allowed to terminate the line anytime. However, you can only redeem a maximum of once a month either with your existing Service Provider or another Service Provider. E.g. If you have received the subsidy (for postpaid) or redeem (for prepaid) before you terminate your line with your existing Service Provider, you will not be able to redeem another RM15 subsidy from other Service Providers in the same calendar month.

5.5 I am a postpaid customer and currently enjoying RM15 per month rebate, will I still get the rebate after termination? No, you will not receive RM15 rebate in your bill after termination of your service.
5.6 I have signed up for a device package with a 12-month contract, can I terminate my Jaringan Prihatin package with the Service Provider? Yes, you may terminate the device package. However, termination penalties may apply if termination is done within the device package contract period. Termination clause varies across different service providers, and you should refer to your respective Service Providers’ websites or customer service for more information.

BPR38 Terms & Conditions

  1. The new BPR38A and BPR38B Prihatin bundle plans is available based on the criteria below:

  2. Registration fee and advance payment are required. In the event the user requires a higher credit limit, then standard deposit is required as normal procedure.
  3. The plan can be registered as a Master account /supplementary account.
  4. For MNP port-in lines, only lines that are successfully ported in will receive the device.
  5. Registration Channels are redONE Branches, Premier Shop, VPS, PNC Gold, PNC Partners.
  6. Customers must adhere to redONE registration policy and must provide the original Malaysian identity card.
  7. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.
  8. redONE reserves the right to activate a device-blocking feature of the mobile device in the event of non-payment of service and / or monthly fees and / or other failure to meet obligations placed on the subscriber.
  9. Monthly access fee for BPR38A and BPR38B plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data, bundled redSOCIAL, bundled redVIDEO Lite Daily 500MB and unlimited voice calls to all redONE Postpaid numbers in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
  10. The redSOCIAL and redVIDEO Lite Daily 500MB VAS are bundled with the BPR38A and BPR38B plan and are not optional.
  11. The bundled data, bundled redSOCIAL, bundled redVIDEO Lite Daily 500MB and unlimited voice calls to all redONE Postpaid numbers are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
  12. The BPR38A and BPR38B first bill, the plan’s data bundle will be prorated based on the customer's bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

  13. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data throttling at 64kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
  14. Basic Internet is the standard 64kbps speed.
  15. These plans are NOT eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.
  16. Change plan from other existing plan to BPR38A and BPR38B is not allowed.
  17. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.

RM180 subsidy and FREE 10GB Terms & Conditions

  1. The RM180 subsidy and FREE 10GB is available to the customer category below:
    5 May 2021 - 31 August 2021
    Target Customers Existing and new redONE customers who are registered and eligible for the Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat
    Eligible Plans Amazing28+, Amazing38C, Amazing58, Data28, Smart38
    Redemption Channel Dial *123# > select 6 Prihatin:10GB > select 2 Redeem.
  2. Existing customers need to check their eligibility first at redONE.com.my
  3. Existing customers who are eligible for the Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat but are not on the eligible plans who would like to enjoy the FREE 10GB, the customers will have to upgrade their plan to Amazing28+, Amazing38C, Amazing58 or Data28 first.
  4. Eligible customers can only receive a maximum of FREE 10GB x 12 times throughout the promotion period.
  5. For existing redONE customers, the 1st redemption must be executed between 5 May 2021 – 31 July 2021.
  6. For new BPR customers who have not redeemed the RM300, RM180 or RM15 subsidy from another telco, they can sign up to Amazing28+, Amazing38C, Amazing58 or Data28 to be eligible for this promotion from 5 May 2021 - 31 August 2021. The first FREE 10GB redemption must be executed between 5 May 2021 - 31 August 2021.
  7. Existing BPR customers who are on the RM15 subsidy plan from another telco can switch to redONE's Amazing28+, Amazing38C, Amazing58 or Data28 plan to be eligible for this promotion in condition the NRIC of the customer still has redemption balance.
  8. Once the 10GB+ high speed data quota is fully utilised, speed will be throttled to a maximum of 64kbps once the bundled data has been used up.
  9. To check your activation status, please dial *123# > select 6 PRIHATIN:10GB > select 2 Check Status.
  10. You will NOT be able to redeem the free 10GB data if the line status is as following:
    Barred or Suspend, No Data (NDATA) 
  11. If you wish to redeem the FREE data, you must perform the following:
    • Unbar your line or
    • Unsuspend your line or
    • Change your data from NDATA to PPU
    And, redeem the FREE 10GB per month by dialing *123# > select 6 PRIHATIN:10GB > select 1 Redeem
    All Machine to Machine (M2M) plan customers are NOT entitled to this promotion.
