  • Where can I sign up for this plan?

  • Who is eligible to sign up for this plan?
    This plan is open to all ANGKASA members (including government servant & GLC).
  • Are there any registration fee and deposit required for this plan?
    No, both payments are waived.
  • Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?
    No, Mukmin50 Postpaid plan does not come with a contract.
  • Are the unlimited voice calls for Mukmin50 Postpaid Plan include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?
    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Video calls, calls to special numbers and toll-free numbers (1-300) are excluded.
  • Can I port-in my number from another operator to enjoy this offer?
    Yes, you can.
  • Can I register more than 1 number under the same plan?
    Yes, but you need to have minimum of 40% from your monthly drawn nett salary.
  •  After I have registered for this plan, am I allowed to change to other Postpaid plan?
    Yes, you may change to other redONE Postpaid plan.
  • After I sign up for this plan, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
    TNo, but you can buy our one-off Data Top Up by dialing *123# to purchase additional data. Data Top Up will be paid by the customer separately.
  • I am an existing Amazing 8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new Mukmin50 Postpaid plan?
    No. The new Mukmin50 Postpaid Plan is exclusively for ANGKASA members (including government servant & GLC) only.
  • What happens if I terminate my Postpaid line within the 24-month contract period?
    You will have to inform Angkasa Amanah to stop salary deduction for Mukmin50 Postpaid plan.
  • Do I need to inform Angkasa Amanah to STOP the salary deduction?
    Yes. You need to send an email to Angkasa Amanah to stop salary deduction from SPGA.
  • When does Khairat Premium take effect?
    Khairat Premium will take effect on the 1st of the following month after your line has been activated

Pelan Mukmin50

  • The new Mukmin50 Postpaid Plan is valid from 19 September 2018.
  • This plan is applicable for ANGKASA members (including government servant & GLC) only).
  •  Mukmin50 Postpaid plan customers are allowed to take a Premium number.


  • Registration made during/on the day of death occurred with the intention of claiming the donation money will be immediately disqualified from receiving the donation.
  • Change of personal information such as home address must be updated in the Portal at www.myangkasamukmin.com as reference.
  • Member will be contacted by MyKhairat within thirty (30) working days through SMS and voice call before the membership expiry date.
  • Member must inform his/her relative(s) of the MyKhairat MEMBERSHIP to facilitate the beneficiary(s) to contact and obtain MyKhairat service.
  • Customer Service 011-10525907 operates 24 hours a day.
  • Member or relative(s) of the member who wishes to make Khairat claim will have to show the Membership Card / a copy of Death Certificate.
