    This is an offer to attract high data and/or voice usage e-hailing drivers to join redONE with an exclusive PA insurance.
  2. How long is this offer?
    This is a permanent offer effective from 1 November 2022.
  3. Where can I sign up for this plan?
    You can sign up at any redONE partner or Branch.
  4. Who is eligible to sign up for this plan?
    All registered e-hailing drivers.
    Age Limit: Eighteen (18) years old to seventy (70) years old, renewable up to seventy-five.
  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?
    • Please refer below table for the upfront payment charges:

    • The advance payment is waived for MNP Port-in numbers.
    • If you require a higher credit limit, deposit is required if your tenure with redONE is less than 6 months.

  6. I am blacklisted by other telco. I would like to sign up to MYCARE50 with a new redONE number. How much Advance Payment do I need to pay?
    You need to pay RM50 Advance Payment.
  7. What happens if I do not fully utilise my High-Speed Data allocation?
    Your balance quota for the month will be forfeited.
  8. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?
    No, this plan is not contracted. If you take up a premium number you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months.
  9. After I take up one of these plans, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
    You can buy the one-off Data Top Up by dialing *123# or log on to 1App to purchase additional data.
  10. Can I register for any supplementary lines?
    Yes, you can register up to 6 supplementary lines.
  11. I am an existing Amazing8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new MYCARE50 plan?
    No. This is an exclusive plan for e-hailing drivers.
  12. I purchased the redVIDEO 1 time Add-on, which data will be utilized first?

  13. What is the Zurich Takaful PA protection about?
    This product is a basic personal accident plan which provides cover for death, permanent disability and also compassionate cash due to accident.
  14. How long is the duration of the bundled Zurich PA insurance?
    The duration of cover is for one (1) year. You need to renew your takaful cover annually.
  15. What are the covers / benefits provided?
    The covers / benefits are summarised below:

    Hospitalisation Income due to Accident (maximum 200 days) RM100/day
    Intensive Care Unit (maximum 200 days) RM200/day

    Duration of cover is for one year. You need to renew your policy contract annually.

  16. How much premium do I have to pay?
    The premium is bundle to your MYCARE50 plan.
    All premiums (if applicable) will be subjected to relevant charges or taxes, as deemed necessary by the Malaysian tax authorities. It is important to keep any receipt that you receive as proof of payment of premiums.
  17. What are the major exclusions under this product?
    This product does not cover claims caused by the following events:
    • War, Civil War
    • Pre-existing condition
    • Suicide while sane or insane
    • Provoked Murder or Assault
    • Any kind of racing other than on foot
    • Radiation, Nuclear
    Note: This list is non-exhaustive. Please refer to the master certificate wording for full list of exclusions under this product.
  18. Can I cancel my certificate?
    The policy is bundled to your MYCARE50 plan. It is a benefit given to you until you terminate your MYCARE50 plan.
  19. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact/ personal details?
    It is important that you inform us of any change in your contact detail/life profile including nomination, occupation and personal pursuits which would affect your risk profile. You can write or email to us at the below address or email address.
  20. When is the insurance coverage activated?
    The insurance coverage activate on the following month upon registration of MYCARE50 plan.
  21. Is there any hard copy acknowledgment of the insurance coverage?
    E Certification issue upon inception of coverage.
  22. My account is suspended, am I still eligible for the insurance coverage?
    Takaful coverage is inforce except if we do not received payment for 2 months or the cert lapsed.
  23. What is the process if I want to top up my insurance premium?
    Takaful top up is not allowed as the insurance is tied to the MYCARE50 plan.
  24. How do I make a claim?
    Customer need to contact Zurich for more information on the claim process.

  1. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.
  2. Monthly access fee for MYCARE50 plan is only applicable for the unlimited internet, bundled high-speed data, and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
  3. RM50 Advance Payment is required for new line registration. The Advance Payment is waived for MNP Port-in customers. The Advance Payment collected will be used to deduct against your first month’s bill and you will only be required to pay any balance due under your first month’s bill.
  4. The bundled data and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
  5. In the MYCARE50 plan's first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer's bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

  6. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.
  7. Unlimited internet and calls are subject to our Fair Usage Policy (FUP) which may be implemented if you exceed 100 hours or calls or 100GB of data.
  8. This plan is NOT eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.
  9. Change plan request to the new MYCARE50 plan is NOT allowed.
  10. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
  11. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the MYCARE50 Postpaid plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.
  12. Unlimited voice calls include:
    • All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
  13. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:
    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    • Calls to special and premium numbers
    • Video calls
    • IDD calls
  14. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  15. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from MYCARE50 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is Amazing8 or RP8.
  16. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:
    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    • Used for call centre and telemarketing
    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication
