5. I am an existing RP8 customer with 3 months contract remaining. Am I allowed to sign up for this phone bundle promotion?

No, you cannot. However, you can port in a number to enjoy this offer. 

6. Is there any Registration Fee required for this promotion?

Yes, you will need to pay RM50 Registration Fee to sign up for this promotion.

7. Is there any device upfront payment required for this promotion?

There is no upfront payment required for the device(s). The device is given to you for FREE when you subscribe to a redONE Smart68X Postpaid plan.

8. Is there any advance payment required for this promotion?

Yes, you will need to pay RM290 advance payment (including service tax). The advance payment paid will be used to offset your following month’s bill from redONE.

9. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this promotion?

Yes, this promotion is subject to a contract period of 24 months.

10. Why do I need to sign a contract to enjoy this promotion?

This is a subsidised device and Postpaid plan bundle promotion from redONE and the contract is to ensure that you will remain as a redONE customer for a set period of time.

11. I signed up for this promotion. What happens when if I exceeded the bundled monthly data quota?

Once you have exceeded the monthly bundled data quota, your data connection will be throttled to a maximum  of 64kbps, depending on your location and current network condition.

12. Can I port in my number from other telco operator to enjoy this offer?

Yes, you can. Smart68X Postpaid plan is available for all MNP port-in users except for CELCOM and/or Celcom MVNOs.

13. My MNP port-in request failed. How can I get back the advance payment and deposit paid?

You will need to go back to the redONE Premier Shop which registered the port-in line for the refund.

14. After I have signed up for this promotion, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data quota?

No, you cannot upgrade your monthly data quota. However, you can purchase Data Top Up to enjoy the 4G LTE speed once you have fully utilised your plan’s monthly data quota.

15. What happens if I terminated my Postpaid line within the contract period?

You will incur the early termination penalty as per your signed contract. The early termination penalty will be RM500.

1. What is redCALL? 

redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.

2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?

No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your SMART68X Postpaid plan is successfully ported-in. 

3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?

No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the SMART68X Postpaid plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.

4. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?

 Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.

5. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?

You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

4. I have utilised the 10GB redVIDEO monthly recurring quota. Can I subscribe redVIDEO again?

FREE VIVO Y11 (Smart68X)

1. All prices displayed excludes Service Tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.

2. This promotion is valid starting from 1 May 2020 until further notice.

3. This promotion is only applicable to MNP port-in users from NON CELCOM operators only. Corporate and M2M lines are not eligible for this promotion.

4. The plan can be registered as a Master account /supplementary account (valid for port-in registration only).

5. Only lines successfully ported-in will receive the FREE VIVO Y11

6. Monthly access fee for the Smart68X plan is only for the bundled 20GB high speed data, 10GB 4G LTE redVIDEO, 10GB 4G LTE redSOCIAL, redVIDEO Daily 1GB and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.

8. The bundled 20GB high speed data, 10GB 4G LTE redVIDEO, 10GB 4G LTE redSOCIAL, redVIDEO Daily 1GB and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.

9. Deposit is waived for the default credit limit. In the event the user requires a higher credit limit, then standard deposit is required as normal procedure.

10. RM290 advance payment (including service tax) is required for Smart68X plan. 

11. The Smart68X customers first bill will be prorated based on the customer's bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage price are as below:

12. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data throttling at 64kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.

13. Basic Internet is the standard 64kbps speed.

14. Customer cannot change their plan during the 24-months contract period. Any change plan while contracted, the customer will be charged a penalty of RM500.

15. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.

16. This plan is not eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.


redCALL

1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.

2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the Smart68X Postpaid plan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.

3. Unlimited voice calls include:

      - All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators

      - All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers

4. Calls excluded from the unlimited voice calls include:

      - Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers

      - Calls to special and premium numbers

      - Video calls

      - IDD calls

5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the Smart68X Pospaid plan to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically terminated unless the new plan is Amazing38 or Amazing58.

7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:

      - Re-sold, rented or utilised in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia

      - Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)

      - Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours

      - Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling

      - Used for call centre and telemarketing

      - Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication



redVIDEO

1. The redVIDEO recurring Value-Added Service (VAS) offers 10GB high speed video streaming to be used anytime of the day on 16 redVIDEO channels until the end of the month or until the redVIDEO data quota is fully utilised. Once the customer has fully utilised the 10GB data quota, he/she can purchase the 1 time Add-on redVIDEO VAS.

2. The redVIDEO VAS is bundled with the Smart68X Postpaid plan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.

3. The 10GB 4G LTE data can only be used for streaming redVIDEO channels. Other data usage will be deducted from the available monthly allocated high speed data.

4. The redVIDEO VAS will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised redVIDEO data will not be carried forward to the following month.

5. redVIDEO can only be utilised domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Video streaming when overseas are subject to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE overseas partners.

6. The redVIDEO auto-recurring VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

7. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from Smart68X Postpaid plan to another plan, the subscription to redVIDEO will be automatically terminated.


redVIDEO 1GB Daily Data

1. The redVIDEO 1GB daily data offers 1GB per day video streaming every day until the end of the month or until the redVIDEO 1GB daily data quota is fully utilised. Once the customers have fully utilised the 1GB quota, they can purchase the 1-time Add-on high speed redVIDEO VAS.

2. The redVIDEO 1GB daily data is bundled with the Smart68X Postpaid plan and is not optional.

3. The 1GB data can only be used for streaming redVIDEO channels. Other data usage will be deducted from the available bundled high speed data.

4. The redVIDEO 1GB daily data quota will expire at the end of the day. 

5. redVIDEO 1GB daily data can only be utilised domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Video streaming when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE overseas roaming partners.
