  1. What is this promotion all about?
    This is an exclusive offer for Pos Malaysia customers that combines high-speed data and voice calls in one postpaid plan. 
  2. When will this promotion be available? 
    This promotion is available effective from 15 November 2018. 
  3. Where can I sign up for this promotion?  
    This promotion is an exclusive offer for Pos Malaysia customers. You can sign up at any selected Pos Malaysia branch nationwide. 
  4. Who is eligible to sign up for this plan? 
    All Pos Malaysia customers. 
  5. Is there any registration fee required for this plan? ?
    Yes. Registration fee of RM10 is required to sign up for this plan 
  6. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?
    Yes. This plan is subject to a contract period of 6 months.  
  7. Are the unlimited voice calls for POS38 and POS58 plans include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?
    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Video calls, calls to special numbers and toll-free numbers (1-300) are excluded.  
  8. Can I port-in my number from another operator to enjoy this offer?
    Yes, you can.  
  9. After I have registered for this plan, am I allowed to change to other Postpaid plan?  
    Yes, you can change plan after 6 months
  10. After I sign up for this plan, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
    No, but you can buy our one-off Data Top Up by dialling *123# to purchase additional data. Data Top Up purchase will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.  
  11. I am an existing Amazing 8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new POS38 or POS58 Postpaid plan?
    No. The new POS38 or POS58 plan is only applicable for new line and MNP port-in registrations at selected Pos Malaysia branches nationwide
  12. What happens if I terminate my Postpaid line within the 6-month contract period?
    You will have to pay the early termination penalty as stated in the Customer Agreement Form. 
  13. Am I allowed to select premium numbers, e.g. 2288/3838/2882, for POS38 or POS58?  
    Yes. You are allowed to select premium numbers only for POS58 plan with 24-month contract.
  14. After I have signed up for POS38 or POS58 plan, when will I get the FREE redVIDEO? 
    The FREE redVIDEO will be credited to your account in the following month, after the 5th day and within five (5) working days.
  15. Once the FREE redVIDEO (10GB) has been fully utilised, can I get the second redVIDEO in the same month?
    No. The FREE redVIDEO will only be credited once a month for three (3) consecutive months. Once the FREE redVIDEO has been fully utilised, you can purchase the 1-time Add-on redVIDEO VAS.
  1. The new POS38 & POS58 Postpaid plans are valid from 15 Nov 2018.
  2. These plans are only applicable to customers who sign up at selected POS MALAYSIA branches.
  3. POS38 plan customers are not allowed to select Premium numbers.
  4. In the event of early termination, the pre-termination penalty will be charged as per specified in the Customer Agreement Form.
  5. This offer’s terms and conditions shall be read in addition to the terms and conditions practised by redONE (“Principal Terms & Conditions”), accepted by the Customer and shall be supplemental to the Principal Terms & Conditions. The Principal Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply and bind the Customer for purposes of this promotion.
