Who is eligible for this promotion?
This promotion is applicable to all new and existing redONE Postpaid users (excluding FMS, M2M, MyFon, Deskphone, SME, Senheng).
When will I receive the FREE Data Top Up?
Once the Data Top Up has been purchased on 8th August 2018, you will receive your FREE Data Top Up in September. Please allow ten (10) working days from 8 September 2018 for the FREE Data Top Up to be credited into your account.
Is there a limit to the number of Data Top Up that I can purchase during redONE Day?
You can purchase up to a maximum of 20 time or a total of 10GB whichever comes first.
I am a Amazing28 user. I purchased a Data Top Up on redONE Day. Will it overwrite my bundled high speed data?
It will not overwrite your bundled high speed data as the FREE Data Top Up will be given in a separate data bucket. Your bundled high speed data quota will be utilised first followed by the FREE Data Top Up.
I am a RP8 customer. Am I entitled for this promotion?
Yes, you can purchase the Data Top Up and will receive the FREE Data Top Up.
What happens if I do not finish using the free data by 30 September 2018?
Any unused data quota will expire at the end of the end of the month.
I am an Amazing28 customer and purchased the Data Top Up on 8 August 2018. However, I request to upgrade my plan on 1 September 2018. Will I still receive the free data?
Yes. You will.
I am an Amazing8 customer with monthly data bundle and have purchased the Data Top Up on 8 August 2018. Am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle? And how will it affect my free data in September?
Yes. You can. The upgrade will not impact the free Data Top Up quota.
Can I utilise the free data when I am overseas?
No, this promotion is only applicable for domestic usage within Malaysia only.
The Buy 1 Free 1 redONE Day Data Top Up promotion is valid for 1GB and above Data Top Up options of 1GB and above. 100MB Data Top Up is not eligible for the promotion.
The Buy 1 Free 1 redONE Day Data Top Up promotion is valid for 1 day only from 00:01 to 23:59 on 8 August 2018.
The FREE Data Top Up quota given is the same as the purchased Data Top Up quota.
The Buy 1 Free 1 redONE Day Data Top Up promotion is valid for purchases made via USSD *123# and redONE 1App.
The FREE Data Top Up quota will be given to the customer’s mobile line from the 8th of September 2018 within 10 working days.
The FREE Data Top Up quota cannot be transferred to another redONE Postpaid’s number.
Customer is allowed to repurchase the Data Top Up once the quota is fully utilized on 8 August 2018. The customer will be entitled for the FREE Data Top Up for each purchase made from 00:01 to 23:59 on 8 August 2018.
You may use this Data Top Up quota for all browsing purposes, all day, on all redONE networks including 2G/3G/4G LTE.
The Data Top Up are one off data purchase, is not an auto renewable data quota.
The Data Top Up is not prorated. Any unused data quota will expire at the end of the end of the month.
Customer will receive a SMS notification upon successful purchase and once the data quota is fully used up.
All unused data quota under Data Top Up cannot be carried forward nor transferred. Customer's unused data quota will be forfeited at the end of the month.
The Data Top Up quota is not stackable. You can purchase the Data Top Up again after the previously purchased Data Top Up quota have been fully utilized or the validity has expired.
If there is any additional Data Top Up purchase when the previously purchased data quota balance is still available, the previous data quota balance will be forfeited. E.g., the customer purchased a 1GB data at 10am on 8 August 2018. The customer used 200MB by 1pm. The customer purchased another 1GB at 2pm. The balance 800MB from the data purchase at 10am will be forfeited.
Customer is advised to wait for the confirmation SMS before they start using the data.
Upon 100% usage of the Data Top Up quota, your subsequent data usage will be charged Pay-Per-Use rate at 1 sen per 200KB.
