  • What is this promotion all about?
    This is a promotion to attract new and MNP port-in customers to Senheng and senQ with attractive device offers. You can get a free brand new smartphone, the VIVO Y11 or Realme C2 by signing up the Smart68+ Postpaid plan.
  • How long is the promotion period?
    This promotion will begin on 1st December 2019 until further notice.
  • Where can I sign up for this promotion?
    You can sign up at any Senheng and SenQ outlet.
  • Who is eligible to sign up for this promotion?
    This promotion is open to new and MNP customers who port-in their numbers to redONE
  • I am an existing RP8 customer with 3 months contract remaining. Am I allowed to sign up for this phone bundle promotion?
    No, you cannot
  • Is there any Registration Fee required for this promotion?
    Yes, you will need to pay RM50 Registration Fee to sign up for this promotion.
  • Is there any device upfront payment required for this promotion?
    No upfront payment is required for the devices.
  • Is there any advance payment required for this promotion?
    Yes. You will need to pay a 3-month commitment fee in advance RM220 (inclusive of 6% Service Tax). However, the advance payment will be used to offset your monthly bill from redONE.
  • Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this promotion?
    Yes, this promotion is subject to a contract period of 24 months.
  • Why do I need to sign a contract to enjoy this promotion?
    This is a subsidized device promotion from redONE and the contract is to ensure that you will remain as a redONE customer for a minimum period of time.
  • I signed up for the Smart68+ Postpaid plan. What happens when I exceed my monthly Data Bundle quota?
    Once you have exceeded the monthly allocated data quota, your data connection will be throttled to a maximum of 64kbps, depending on your location and current network condition.
  • Can I port in my number from other telco operator to enjoy this offer?
    Yes, you can.
  • My MNP port-in request has failed. How can I retrieve the advance payment and deposit paid?
    You will need to go back to the Senheng or SenQ outlet which registered your port-in line for the refund.
  • What happens if I terminated my Postpaid line within the contract period?
    No, you cannot. However, you can purchase the one-time Data Top Up to increase the data speed once you have fully utilised your plan's monthly data.
  • How long is the warranty period of the device(s)?
    All device(s) comes with the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty period.
  • If my phone is faulty, where can I go to repair it?
    For any after sales enquiries, customers must refer back to the manufacturer and visit an authorised Vivo/Realme Support Centre.

  • This promotion is valid for New and MNP port-in only.
  • M2M customers are not eligible for this offer.
  • Only successfully registered and successfully ported in will receive a smartphone (subject to phone model availability).
  • Advance payment (RM220 the payment is inclusive of 6% Service Tax) & RM50 of registration fees amounting to a total of RM270 is required to register for this plan.
  • Consumer cannot upgrade or downgrade their plan during the 24-months contract period.
  • Early termination within the 24 months’ contract, the pre-termination charge is RM500.

  • All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.
  • Monthly access fee for the Smart68+ Postpaid plan is only for the bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, excluding video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
  • Unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia are subject to our Fair Use Policy, which may be implemented if you exceed 100 hours a month. The complete Fair Use Policy can be found on https://www.redone.com.my/legal/fair_use_policy.
  • The bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network only. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
  • An advance payment of RM220 (including service tax) is required for the registration of the Smart68+ Postpaid plan. Only payment by cash is allowed.
  • The Smart68+ customers first bill will be prorated based on the customer's bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage price are as below:

  • Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data throttling at 64kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
  • Basic Internet is the standard 64kbps speed.
  • Customer cannot change their plan during the 24-months contract period. Any change plan while contracted, the customer will be charged a penalty of RM500. If you take a premium number, the early termination penalty will be RM68 x the balance of the contract month(s).
  • In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.


  • The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
  • The redCALL VAS is bundled with the Smart68+ Postpaid plan and is not optional.
  • Unlimited voice calls include:
    • All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
  • Calls excluded from the unlimited voice calls include:
    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    • Calls to special and premium numbers
    • Video calls
    • IDD calls
  • The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  • In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the Smart68+ Pospaid plan to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically terminated.


  • The redVIDEO recurring Value-Added Service (VAS) offers 10GB high speed video streaming to be used anytime of the day on redVIDEO channels until the end of the month or until the redVIDEO data quota is fully utilised. Once the customer has fully utilised the 10GB data quota, he/she can purchase the 1 time Add-on redVIDEO VAS.
  • The redVIDEO VAS is bundled with the Smart68+ Postpaid plan and is not optional.
  • The 10GB 4G LTE data can only be used for streaming redVIDEO channels. Other data usage will be deducted from the available monthly allocated high speed data.
  • The redVIDEO VAS will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised redVIDEO data will not be carried forward to the following month.
  • redVIDEO can only be utilised domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Video streaming when overseas are subject to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE overseas partners.
  • The redVIDEO auto-recurring VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  • In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from Smart68+ Postpaid plan to another plan, the subscription to redVIDEO will be automatically terminated.
