  • Every successful reload will have a credit validity period of 30 days as per the following table:

  • You can check your new credit validity period with every successful reload by dialling *124#.
  • The credit validity date will be dependent on the date of your reload. For example, if you reload on 1 August 2017, your credit validity will expire on 30 August 2017.

Reload Bonus Data

  • FREE Reload Bonus Data quota is credited upon every successful reload which falls within the reload criteria.
  • For Reload Bonus Data with different FREE data quota, the different data quotas will be accumulated and can be utilised simultaneously.
  • For Reload Bonus Data with similar FREE data quota, the data quota will reset with each reload and the data validity will be extended.
  • The FREE Reload Bonus Data will be automatically credited into your account within 24 hours upon successful reload. The Reload Bonus itself has a quota and will be refreshed every day until it reaches the Reload Bonus Data validity date.
  • FREE Reload Bonus Data quota is only valid for one (1) day, from 12.00AM to 11.59PM. Any unutilised quota at the end of the day will be forfeited.
  • The FREE Reload Bonus Data quota granted is non-transferable either to any other person, entity or any other subscriber’s prepaid account.
  • The FREE Reload Bonus Data can be utilised domestically (within Malaysia only), and not allowed for internet roaming usage when overseas.
  • The FREE Reload Bonus Data:
    • do not apply to P2P file downloads / sharing
    • are for standard internet browsing, streaming and usage, and not for any commercial and/or non-personal usage;
    • is NOT meant for multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity we consider to be non-standard usage.
