I activated my SIM on 1 August 2017 and purchased a Weekly Data Top Up. Which data quota will be utilised first?
The FREE 500MB data quota will be utilised first. Once the FREE 500MB data is used up, your subsequent data usage will be deducted from the Weekly Data Top Up quota. When your Weekly Data Top Up quota is used up, your subsequent data usage will be deducted from the FREE 1GB Basic Internet data quota.
Data Top Up is a one-time data purchase. You can only purchase ONE daily, weekly or monthly Data Top Up at any point of time.
The Data Top Up is not an auto renewable data quota.
The Data Top Up is not stackable. You can purchase the Data Top Up again after the previously purchased Data Top Up quota has been fully utilised or the validity has expired.
You may use this quota for all browsing purposes, all day, on all redONE networks including 2G/3G/4G LTE.

Upon successful subscription, you will receive a confirmation SMS.
Upon 100% usage of the Data Top Up quota, your subsequent data usage will be deducted from the FREE 1GB Basic Internet data quota. Once the FREE 1GB Basic Internet is finished, your subsequent data usage will be charged Pay-Per-Use rate at RM0.01 per 200KB.
